We have made payments to creative cloud using our credit card and payments are going from my credit card but still we are unable to access the software.

You can try this:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
For Windows:
Open the Windows Control Panel > Programs And Features.
For MAC:
Open Finder and go to /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
After Uninstall navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: C Drive\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete OOBE folder.
Download Creative Cloud Reinstall and Sign in .

    What happened yesterday may have been caused by the SOPA protest action that was joined by a lot of sites yesterday and such an action won't happen that often.

    When an application asks for a serial it means that the application can't see your subscription .Please verify this points :
    1 - Clean hosts file from Adobe entries ( Already checked ).
    2 - You're connected with a wrong email address .(verify this on CC desktop preferences menu .
    3 - Your opm file is corrupted > close CC desktop and delete opm.db from ( Don't let it on the trash )  :
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    4 - You bought a subscription for english only and you install it in another language ( you must have a multi language subscription in this case ).
    5 - You have an internet connection behind a proxy that blocks the applications ( If you don't have a proxy ,verify on your browser ( safari or IE ) and uncheck all proxy options )

  • I bought creative cloud but it's not showing up in my account

    I noticed the sale on at the moment and thought it was about time to move on from CS2 and get with the times.
    I went through the process of signing up with my university email to make an adobe account, filled in my payment details and received an email order confirmation for a yearly prepaid subscription. I installed the creative cloud app and installed a few of the different programs to check them out, but when I run them I'm told they're all trial versions, and I need to enter a serial number to register them.
    Ok, I thought, where do I find that? A quick bit of googling showed me I should be able to find them at https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.edu.html so I headed over, but lo and behold, apparently I don't have a subscription! The whole thing is empty.
    Can someone check and see if there's a problem with my order or my account? I'm a little concerned by it, as RM585 isn't exactly a small sum of money, I'd hate to have had it sucked out of my card and received nothing in return.

    For anyone with similar problems that comes across this, here's what happened next ...
    Following the link from kglad, I entered a chat with an Adobe rep, who checked my account and then forwarded me to a technical rep.
    The technical rep had me copy/paste my hosts file into the chat and empty it. After a minute he said there was nothing in it that should conflict and I can put it back to how it was (so I did).
    Next up I was asked to close the cloud app and go to the "%localappdata%/Adobe/OOBE" folder (windows machine, not mac, so YMMV). There I was instructed to delete opm.db and then re-open photoshop (the tool I was first trying to get running). It worked perfectly after that and I have since installed a whole bunch of stuff.

    I've tried variations too, like prefixing with IE, IE <SPACE> but nothing works. Anyone have any ideas on this?

  • Sales order we have made schedule line category catCN but still reqt coming

    Dear Sir,
    Sub : For sales order 5000060 line 10 we have made schedule line category as CN but still system is giving requirement against this order (while running MRP T code MD50)
    Details:
    One user has made one FG material delivery with PGI without putting the picking quantity. He had put zero picking qty. When we click PGI button System does not allow to do PGI without putting the picking qty but how he could do it we do not know. Now there is no goods issue material document instead one confirmation of service document is there in doc flow .we can not open this document. if we click display by selecting this document in document flow system gives error - NO document created for confirm service/cancel transaction
    All the delivery fields are gray out. Delivery qty is there in this delivery hence at sale order schedule line tab against the schedule line system is showing delivered qty -2.
    Goods movements status is B- partially completed.
    Also system is not allowing to reverse the delivery- it is saying-no data available for this selection criteria. Hence we are not able to do delivery against this item. Hence we have created sale order line item 20 & transferred this stock to line item 20 & did subsequent transactions.
    Now system giving requirement for line item 10 .We have made schedule line category CN still system is giving requirement against delivery number  in T code -MD 50 against sale order line item- there is customer order ,delivery, production order .delivery number never comes in MD50 .it is giving requirement against delivery.
    Kindly let us know how to stop the requirement to generate from this sale order line item
    Also kindly let us know how user could make this & how this might have happened & how to restrict this in future.

    When we create a sale order default sch line category is CN after few days (there is a specific reason) we change it to CP & run MRP
    In this case we made the product by doing this but while doing delivery .user did some mistake & did PGI without picking qty in delivery.Now this qty is in delivery but there is no material document that stock has not yet moved .Since there was a problem in the delivery we have trasfered this stock to sale order line item 20.& did further transactions.
    Afte this we did schedule line cat from CP to CN
    But in MD50 system is giving the requirment against sale order ,delivery

    I have a years subscription, but still my craetive cloud / adobe software seems to think I am within my trail period.
    I have cleaned up and reinstalled, but no succes. And I cannot use the software right now an therefore am not amused.
    The trial screens should not appear when signing in with an Adobe ID associated with a paid subscription. So I think my account is not working correctly.
    Can somebody help me?

    Could you please share the following  log files from your system so that we could debug this issue.
    Files :   amt3.log and oobelib.log from /tmp on  Mac  or %TEMP% on Win.
