I have 64$ on my account when i try to download music it asks me to put in a credit card information why can't i use the money i already put in?

Asking for credit card details is a way of checking that you have a valid billing address in that country - and if you are trying to gift content that you will have to enter card details, your balance can't be used for gifting.

Otherwise after entering your card's details you should be able to remove it, the card shouldn't be charged (apart from a small temporary store holding charge, which should disappear within a few days or so) unless you are trying to gift

I am trying to buy an album with my gift voucher money on my iTunes account. I have bought an album before using my money and it has worked. Though now their is no option of buying it with my gift voucher money. I have read that people have had a similar problem to mine and have advised that you press reset but would that erase my money and music?

No, it won't; aside from spending the balance, it can't be zeroed from your end, and the music should be on at least two devices in case one fails.

It is simply asking you to verify your account info. Select None for the CC.
It will still pay with your gift card balance.

Sorry, but you cannot use a UK iTunes card in any country other than the UK. Sell or give the card to someone in the UK and buy a French prepaid card.

you just log into your account and look for the billing method section. you click there and put in your credit card number and stuff. its easy to do it from the itunes store
