i just recently paid for a monthly Subcribtions to Afghanistan and was delivered my monthly Afghanisatn subscription charged for first month it was working good, so i know i have it currently, because they charge me for the secound month too,  I am making calls since cpoule days ago here in USA and it is not using my subscription but taking it out of my regular Skype credit account !!! why? it did not happen when I first strated , this is new. only happened on the last few calls yesterday and today . Need Urgent HELP why it is happining, is this your way that we have to running out of my regular credit so i have to buy more???????? it's not right.

    Hello I've purchased a subscription to call anywhere in Canada and the US yesterday and I received the confirmation email for Skype right afterwards. However, everytime I try to call a number, it doesn't work. Is there a delay in the processing I should know about?

    The trial software is the real software.  To activate it with your subscription you need only log in using the Adobe ID you set up the subscription with.
    Is some part of that not working for you?  If so, perhaps you could be a little more specific.
    Also know this:  The folks here on this user to user forum cannot access Adobe's subscription database to work out problems there.  Now and again an Adobe representative participates, but it is not guaranteed.  Your best bet to work out subscription issues is to call Adobe customer support.

    You are allowed to have two working installations so if you want to have it on two machines you can.  If you want it on more than that then you need to manage which ones are working at any given time such that only two are usable.

  • Your trial has expired, I have a monthly subscription but photoshop is asking for a key, what gives?

    I have a valid monthly subscription to photoshop/Lightroom.
    I keep getting this message when launching photoshop cc.  Lightroom works fine. 
    I uninstalled everything via the adobe uninstaller, I ran the adobe cc cleaner and rebooted. 
    I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed both lightroom and photoshop AFTER signing in, they were both installed from the creative cloud menu.  It says my programs are both up to date, yet when I launch Photoshop I get the trial has expired page, I click "License this software" sign in with my valid adobe ID email, hit "sign in" and it keeps prompting for a license key.  I was NEVER given a license key so what gives?
    What is going on.....I'm getting very frustrated with this software, was working fine, have been using it for months now.
    OS: Mac OSX 10.9.2

    There are no billing issues, I have checked it.
    Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
    Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

  • Have a subscription but Skype is still using my cr...

    I bought MS Office last month including the 60 minute a month subscription plan. I already had some Skype credit and the idea was to keep using that when I am abroad in countries not covered by my subscription. However I just made a call within the UK and Skype has taken money from my credits but not touched the subscription minutes. How can I make Skype use the minutes? This way it seems it will use up all my credit before it starts eating into my subscription which is no good.
