I have multiple artists in my music ("Beatles" vs. "The Beatles) but in iTunes I went through every artist to ensure the name was the same, deleted all my music off my phone, then resynced my phone, still same problem!!!!!
I have been having this problem since I had my phone... I have numerous artists that are separated because of a small change such as having "The" or even just a space at the end of the artists name. I fixed this issue with my gf's iPod 2 months ago by painstakingly going through each and every artist ensuring that the name was spelled the exact same way as all the other songs by the same artist. I did the same for my iTunes and although it shows up fine in iTunes, even after I delete all my music off my phone and resync, the issue persists. I am super anal about things just like this and it is driving me to the point where I don't want to use my phone as an iPod (I rarely used my existing iPod but I thought it would be nice to have one I would always have on me) because to listen to an artist all the way through I have to change halfway.
The title of my initial post is a bit misleading. I already took a chance deleting one of the iPhones, hoping if I deleted the wrong one, I can still reauthorize it (all with the same Apple ID acct, so not subject to 90-day waiting period, right?) The iTunes database just updated itself, and it says I have 4 "devices" "in the Cloud", but 5 "computers" associated w my account. How can I find out what computers are associated? Isn't there a list I can see? I dont have a clue what computers they might be. If I use the "Deauthorize All" option, is it a pain to add them all back in. I assume I would have to log in from each computer to reauthorize each one. Would I have to be running the newest OS or version of iTunes to reauthorize? I think I have a PowerBook G4 Titanium with an older OS and iTunes. I'd like to keep that authorized, if possible.

I recently updated my software on my iphone 4 to the iOS 5 and ever since i have had no service. I have been on the phone constantly with at&t tech support and apple. Tech support cannot figure it out and said they think my problem has everything to do with the new software. Yeah, it´s happening in normal 3g coverage area, in fact, i used the 3g to download the iOS but after installing it, the phone doesn't get the 3g anymore.
I tryed the reboot pocess, but it didn't fix it
I haven't tryed the restore to factory settings process,
Is there a way to downgrade to iOS 5.1 again?

Please help me understand why my I phone 4s is not working in some places and my HOME!! I have been to Apple 3 times and Intelos 5 times and no one knows whats wrong and they are telling me that no one else is having this problem. It's hurting my business because I can't get calls at home. I paid a lot of money for this and may have to pay to get out of it. I thought Apple was a good company but am changing my mind quick.
OK, restart in Safe Mode, this will clear some caches. It's possible one or more is corrupt. To restart in Safe Mode when you hear the start up tone hold down the Shift Key until you see a progress bar. Let it fully boot then restart normally and test.
Also I am assuming you have checked Finder - Preferences - General and see what boxes are checked in "Show these items on desktop." You can also mount an item in Disk Utility, simply highlight it and then look in the File menu for Mount..... -
Every time I start the download process in iTunes, it stalls and nothing happens. I've tried restoring, and I've followed and tried all of Apple's instructions and directions but it still doesn't work. I do not see this specific problem addressed by Apple anywhere. After reading the posts in this community, I am sure that the problem does not lie within only my iPad. If that is the case, why is there no answer on how to fix this problem. I am at my wit's end and would appreciate any ideas...although I've tried fooling with DNS numbers, fooling with the wifi, turning it off and on, creating a new iTunes account and downloading from that account. If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

Is it possible to have multiple page sizes and print types in the same pdf?
Is it really possible to have a pdf which has multiple pages and each of them have pages which are of different page sizes (e.g. letter, A4, A3) and print types (e.g. Simplex, Duplex)???

Phoenixyou can definately do different page sizes by using different master pages. You can set the paper type for each master page in the object>master page palette.

Did you have iOS beta software installed on your iPad ? If you did then as try asking in the developer forums.
If not then you could try tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and logging out of your account and then log back in and see if that fixes it.
If it doesn't then you could try a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Since i got the new Iphone 4s it constantly drops calls. Apple have replaced the phone with another new iphone 4s but i am still having the same problem. I have checked with vodapohe that there is no issue from there end, given a new sim, still drops out

Well, it appears that your backup is corrupt, thus causing your issue. So, you'll have to restore as a new device, & not from backup. Follow this by syncing your content back to your phone:

I upgraded to 2 - i4 phones with 2 different phone numbers. I can sign on to iCloud on 1 phone but never on the other. I have changed my my password twice but no matter what I do, I still have the same problem. I keep getting a message "Verification Failed The request timed out" no matter how many times I try to sign on it always times out. Before I upgraded to the i4, I had a i3GS and had the same exact problem. Does anyone have any ideas???
Firstly, go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with the ID you use for iCloud. A new password will be sent to your associated email address.
If that doesn't work, for example because it's going to an address you can't access, then you will have to contact Support. Sounds like the device was dropped at some point and damaged as a result.

My iphone 4 doesn´t connect through Wi-Fi, Apple replaced my phone for a new one, but the new one has the same problem. I have an ipod third generation and it doesn´t have this problem. Having compared both working at the same time, the iphone alsways lags behind or doesn´t even connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. Does any one know what to do?? Thanks
Have you ever checked to see if there is an update for your router? If yes, then power off router. Then on iPhone go into settings and do a reset network settings. Power router back on, and try connecting phone to router.
