I have multiple duplicates of images in my organizer , how can i get rid of them , how can i prevent thsi from happening in the future???

Avoiding duplicates:
Only you can tell the reasons, but a few questions might help:
- how do you import your pictures in the catalog : via the downloader, from camera, from card reader ?
- Do you use 'watched folders' ?
- Do you use face recognition ?
- Do you frequently export files for different projects ?
- Do you work with other external softwares such as video or slideshow editors ?
- If you work with the downloader, did you check the option to ignore already imported files ?
- Do the duplicates have the same file name in different folders, or slightly different names in the same folder ?
- Are the duplicate the same size or is one of them of very different size ?
Can you compare duplicates to see in which folder they are ? That might give you a hint about how they were produced ?
Also, which PSE and OS version ?

You can cancel your membership after payment for month 12 has been taken if you don't want to renew for another year. Your month 12 payment is due on 15th June so you can cancel anytime after this date and before 15th July. You will still have access for that period.

I have some music content in my itunes library that I do not want to sync with my ipod touch. The content has previously been synced and I want to remove it without deleting it from my itunes library. Is this possible?
Hi Pez,
iTunes in the Cloud is not iCloud. Any songs that you have purchased but have not downloaded (or have deleted), go to iTunes in the cloud. The setting I mentioned will show all of your purchases in the various views in the Music app, whether they are on your device or not. If you turn that setting off, you will only see items that are actually on your device.

I have multiple third party tool bars that I don't want.
I was just wanting to get coupons I had no idea that this was going to take up my screen I have been unsuccessful with taking them off!! Can someone walk me through this please. This problem has been going on for months now. I want to clear my screen of these extra bars!

I ask this because a few days ago my iTunes library crashed and iTunes does not recognize my purchases anymore so I have a lot more than 25,000 songs in my library and instead of deleting 600 songs from my library, I would like to select some of them so they won't be added to iTunes Match. Does anybody know if this is possible?
I didn't say "re-create" I said "restore from a backup." Restoring from a backup will place all the files just as they were right back where they need to be. This includes the .itl, .itdb ad .xml files iTunes needs to recognize that the files on the internal HDD are the same as the files in the cloud.
You do have a backup, don't you? If you don't then I strongly recommend you start backing up immediately.
If all else fails you can email iTunes Store support and ask them to reset your iTunes Match DB on the server. This will require your iTunes to go through the entire scan, match and upload process as if it were the first time. -

If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

thanks !!The short answer is that you'll put the source clip(s) for each inset on a different video track, all stacked up. Then use the Scale and Position effects (under "Motion" on the Effect Controls panel) to reduce their size and place them where you want.
If the content of an inset will involve edited content (where you're cutting among various clips or just trimming out unwanted content from a single clip), then you'll probably find it easier to do all those edits in one sequence, then nest that sequence in the master sequence, where you apply the Scale and Positioning effects. That will save the step of applying the scale and position effects to each edited track item. -
I have multiple iphones at my business that we take photos with they are all uploaded to the same icloud account. Is there anyway to tell which phone the photo came from? The info tab doesn't help because they are all iphone 4's.
NNot with the regular MY Photo Stream. You could use individual Shared Photo Streams instead for each iPhone, if the iOS versions support shared streams. upload to a shared stream is not automatic however. You will have to share them manually.

With IE I have multiple formats such as MP4 that I can use to D/L you tube music videos but with Mozilla it has me load Adobe Flash which I already had and then I can only D/L utiliaing the FLV format - I want multiple options as I have in IE - help?

How can I erase a photo album that was uploaded from an old computer that I don't have no more? I have other albums in the Iphone that I don't want to delete.
If you sync with the new computer it will erase the current content from the iphone and replace with the selected content of the new computer.
The pics that you have taken with the iphone should be imported regularly to your computer as you would with any digital camera. You can then organize them and sync them back to the iphone if you wish.
If you have had itunes perform a backup on the new computer, you should get the pics taken with the iphone back, but I would import them before trying anything. -
I recently purchased a Canon 7D. I own Adobe Photoshop/Bridge CS5. I cannot open my raw images in Bridge. I have tried to download the plug in but does not seem to work. Please Help, I need to be able to open my raw images in Bridge ASAP. I do not want to upgrade to CS6 at this time.

My iPod touch 4th generation says on the screen to connect to iTunes. When i connected it to iTunes, it says i must restore my ipod for it to work. However, I have over 6,000 pictures that I've taken over the past two years that i do not want to lose. What do I do? I already tried resetting it by holding down the home/power button, that doesn't help.
Elitegate, the poster siad his iPod has the Connect To iTune screen, You can't backup the iPod when in that mode.

OK....I'm stumped. The message you are seeing is typically there to protect someone from syncing with a different computer/iTunes account. Is there any way anyone else has used your iPad and possibly connected it to their computer?
