Apple provided you with Find My iPhone.
As Peter pointed out, they are not in the business of law enforcement. They supplied you with the tools to secure your device and you chose not to use them.

I had a problem with my domain and I thought I had lost my email address so I changed my primary email address for a short time to one that I had access to. Now that I got my domain back I changed my apple ID back to what it was before, but all my previous purchases are gone. If I update something it says either I need to purchase the app or I get a "Can not connect to Itunes store" popup on my phone. I authorized my ID (again) and still have the problem (which they said in an email would make the problem go away).
SO then I call the customer support line and they say they can not help me unless I sign up for apple care. REALLY? This isn't a hardware problem. This is a problem because I changed the primary email address on my ID. It did not warn me that just changing the email address would change the actual ID, but I have to pay to have them "possibly" fix it? (I have heard that it may not be fixable). I emailed the ITunes customer support (another issue - They can only be reached by email. No phone, no chat) For a billion dollar company this is pretty ****** customer service. It doesn't matter that I bought these items, I have to pay MORE for them to help their customer. How f'ing greedy.
Honestly I would understand if it was something that was clear to begin with or I actually broke something. Thats how most care/warranty things work. Three days now I've been going back and forth with emails and no end in sight. Took two days just to respond to my initial email. All I want to do is update my apps that I actually paid for.

You changed your Apple id? As in, you made a new id?
You should have been able to simply change the e-mail address associated with your original Apple id.

I am disgusted. Not just by the issues I've got with wifi, but with Apple's lack of response and fixes.
Since installing Yosemite I have had massive wifi issues - to the point where I now have had to dish out £50 on a long ethernet cable and ethernet to thunderbolt adapter just so I can get paid!
There are only 2 things I need to work - my mac, and internet. So thanks a lot Apple, my trust in you as a company has been chipped away a lot over the past week because the tech I rely on to make a living is broken.
With no answers, and no fixes I now need to figure out how to downgrade back to Mavericks - more time lost.
I appreciate everyone posting their fixes on here, but honestly most of them don't make sense to me - I have been desparately waiting for a Yosemite update, but I now think going back to Mavericks is my only choice.

I understand it's very disappointing when an upgrade brings you serious trouble. It seems you depend on this machine for work and income?
In that case:
Rule number one = Never update on a first release!
I can't remember having seen any first release ever that was totally free of bugs. So if your income depends on it, you better wait untill the second update (so 10.2). You seem to be mad at Apple because they haven't fixed the problems yet? Come on. Yosemite was released on 16th, that's two weeks ago. The first update takes usually a few weeks longer.
Rule number two: Never upgrade without having a complete backup of your Mac. If you have to figure out how to downgrade to mavericks, you probably haven't done that. If you had, downgrading would have been a piece of cake. At least backup all your data before you do downgrade to mavericks.

You're going to have to be more specific about the symptoms you're seeing. At the moment, I really have almost no idea at all what's going on. Also, be aware that upgrading your Mac to Yosemite has no effect whatsoever on your iPads.
If you're having a lot of ad problems or redirects in the web browsers on all these devices, you probably have some kind of network compromise, such as hacked network hardware:

Cannot and have never been able to connect to a testing server

I am using Dreamweaver and am trying to set up a testing site using IIS. I can’t get it set up. It says I don’t have administrative privileges. I am the administrator. This is a home computer and I am the only user of the computer. I am just a novice.
I posted my problem in an Adobe forum. I was told to enter a command in the administrator command because I am not an administrator (this made me scratch my head???). The following is what I was told to enter:
icacls %systemdrive%\inetpub /grant %userdomain%\%username%:(OI)(CI)(F) /grant %userdomain%\%username%:F
it does not work and says there is no command for” icasis” I am not sure what I need to enter, however. For system drive I put “C”. For user name I put the name of my computer. For user name I put my user name.
This is what I ended up with and this is what I put in the administrators command prompt:
icacls %C%\inetpub /grant %Joe-II%\%jtb%:(OI)(CI)(F) /grant %Joe-II%\%jtb%:F
I am sure this is wrong.
In addition, in properties of inetpub wwwroot it says I have read and write for both administrator and iis_iusrs privilages (I set it up following a DW tutorial).
So why can’t I set up testing server on iis? This problem has gone on for years. I have newer versions of Adobe and operating systems and I have never been able to set up a testing server. By the way, this is windows 8 professional.
Any help would be much appreciated. I would even pay someone to solve my problem but don’t know where I would go to do this.

I sympathize, as I had a lot of trouble trying to set up a localhost server on a Win8 computer. Experienced many false starts. Finally got it working to the extent I could actually work on a WP site locally, but the set up is still weird in that when I uploaded all the new files to make them live, nothing updated. Ended up making all the changes again to the live site.

Sounds like some needed System Fonts wre replaced by bad ones. Y also have Font Book in Applications for validating fonts & checking for duplicates.
Required Fonts from 10.3, much the same in 10.4...

then intall the Fonts what you need from your Install Disk.
Or do a relatively painless Archive & Install, which gives you a new/old OS, but can preserve all your files, pics, music, settings, etc., as long as you have plenty of free disk space and no Disk corruption, and is relatively quick & painless...

You can't connect an iPhone or iPad to a Mac via Bluetooth, except for Internet tethering.
You're not doing anything wrong - it just isn't a feature of iOS devices.
What were you hoping a Bluetooth connection would allow you to do?

The situation:
I need to convert a folder of PDF's to PNG format.
My process:
I create an action by recording my "actions" based on one of the said PDF's.
Problem:
When batching and/or processing via a droplet (created from action I created from above), the output file name is ALWAYS the EXACT name of the file I used when I created my action!!! Why? I have tried everything... Why is it so hard for Photoshop to batch a file and use the file name of the current file being batched (and not the name of the original file that the action was created from)???
Please help!
I feel like such a dunce... I am sure the answer is staring me right in the face.

I never touched the file name for the save as dialog box.
I have use PS for many years, and I have never been able to get the file name to stay the same as the file being processed. :(
My boss even, he is a beta tester of future versions of Adobe products, and he could not get it to work...
It only worked for me/us when appending a digit to the end of the file name. Not an optimal solution, but it works. ;)

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. If you did not do step 4 properly, start all over again.

The only "content aware" feature in CS5 is the fill, so you are not missing anything with the updates because nothing more is there. And I honestly don't know what you mean by "Adobe watermarks" there is no such thing, but there is a series of scripts for such stuff.

During the setup of iOS 7 which you went through after installation it asked if you wished to create a passcode. It is possible to skip setting up a passcode at this step but you must have created one.
If you can't remember the passcode and you have enabled "find my iPad" you can use http://www.icloud.com/ to remote erase your iPad, then you can set it up again, and restore it from an iCloud backup.
