    Sorry to hear that! Gamers' Club Unlocked welcome packets typically only take 2-3 business days to arrive by e-mail, so it'd be difficult to determine why you wouldn't have received yours by now.     I think the best solution is to read Pages documentation, go to Help and you have a long list of options. Pages is capable of quite sophisticated things, some features are above Nisus or Mellel, so it is not so simple to summarize things in a few lines.

    You'll find your notes under Mail in iCloud. There's a separate folder on the left that's labeled notes so you can access them anywhere. And your me.com account will have the same password as your Apple ID (in fact, you can log into iCloud with just your Apple ID, as the two accounts are permanently linked).

    Connect your iPad to iTune (computer) and Check for Updates. Backup before you proceed with update.

    I signed up for the Gamers Club Unlocked a little over a week ago for the $30 promotion. I had an issue activating it at the store, I had to go back to customer service because the cashier did not activate it. I see moderators saying that it takes 2-3 business days for them to be emailed but I have not received anything. I also don't see any indication on the website that I am a member either. I do see the 20% discount applied to the cart though.

    Thanks, I tried this and it didn't work.  I have a windows xp computer and connected the iphone to it.  When I click on the iphone link that comes up under my computer i only get my iphone photos.  No other  options come up.

    I've been running iTunes on WinXP for years with few problems.  I have all my iTunes files on an external USB drive. I just bought a new PC running Win7, 64-bit.
    I connected the external USB drive to the new PC and installed 64-bit iTunes on it. When iTunes started up, I pointed it at the iTunes directory in the external drive, using Edit > Preferences > Advanced > iTunes Media Folder Location. It showed a progress bar that it was updating the iTunes Library. I signed in and authorized the new machine. I have one spare authorization.
    Then iTunes put up a message "The item you've requested is not currently available in the Hong Kong Store." I had not requested anything from the HK store at that point, and I have never used any store other than the HK one.
    When I click OK, the iTunes Store page remains blank, apart from saying "iTunes Store" in the middle of the page.
    I went to "View My Account" and pressed the Reset button to "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading items", but that doesn’t fix this particular warning. I also tried Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings and Rest Cache.
    But still, every time I click the “App Store” button in the iTunes Store window, the message appears. If I click the Books, Podcasts or iTunesU buttons, these display normally.  So I’m stuck with being unable to purchase apps, other than through my iPad and iPhone.
    If I move the external drive back to the XP machine, the same thing happens.  If I go to another PC - a notebook running Vista - everything is normal.
    Any idea how I can clear that message?

    I have tried re-validating my credit card, which apparently fixed it for some. 
    I have also tried uninstalling, re-downloading and installing again.
    Neither of these steps fixed the problem.

    If you are having problems downloading the apps that you bought, you will need to explain the issue in detail if you wish someone to help you.

    Please see the bold.  If you're out of icloud storage, then you won't be able to backup to icloud unless you purchase more storage, but yet you said you backup to icloud.
    If you really did backup to icloud no data would be loss - sounds to me that it didn't backup since you had no more free icloud storage space.
