I have new Adobe premier Elements13 and Photoshop elements 12, (Download from Amazon) but Cannot access website to generate code and register. Please help if you can.
I do not know how to find my PC specific code, nor can I simply use another PC if the programs are then only for use on that (not my main) PC!. I have entered the correct serial/codes which came in the download files but simply cannot go further as each time I try it fails to connect with the website?

Bought Adobe PhotoShop Elements 12 but cannot download and cannot track cos no history of order

Hi I purchased PhotoShop Elements 12 last night in Singapore for download online.
I have the serial number and the download is from digital river. The download of the .jz file was very very slow and the process timed out halfwway. Now my account shows no history of orders and I cannot download my purchased product at all.
What can I do?

I bought Photoshop Elements 12 but cannot boot the Editor - tried many attempts to register etc

I bought a disk version of Photoshop Elements 12. I installed it and can access the Organizer. But when I try to get the Editor to load I get asked to register. But after registering I get asked to buy the product - which I have already done. There is no help or guidance. I have used Photoshop for years and never had a problem with the earlier versions. Am very frustrated and disgusted with this.

I am using Windows 8. And yes I did try re-installing it. I also tried the help line - useless - I re-registered the product several times - it does not recognize the serial number half the time and never comes up on screen. I had been using earlier versions of Photoshop for many years and never had this trouble. It is ridiculous to purchase a more advanced version and then have to register and then that does not work and you have a dud product. Having now read other people's similar problems, Adobe seems to have shot itself in the head with the new version. They have turned into a uselessly annoying product provider.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

I got the trial and photoshop elements worked great. Then I bought the license and its working aweful. I cant even use it. Soooooo disappointed.

And there is no one I can contact for help from adobe. I will never buy anything from them again.

You cannot move or copy software between computers. You must reinstall. You will need the serial number. Check your account details on Adobe's site if you registered.

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13 running on? And what video card/graphics card does this computer use?
From your description, can I assume that this Mettallophile Sp8 font is being recognized by Premiere Elements 13 to the extent
that it can be seen and remains seen in Titler's list of font choices - even after the crashes?
If you opened a new project, imported nothing, and created a text title in the Titler with this Mettallophile Sp8 font, does the program crash?

Sounds like you've downloaded the OS X version of the game, which won't run on iOS devices. I have a Mac computer and am trying to use a Photoshop CS4 program, but after accessing my desktop files through Adobe Bridge and clicking twice on any of the pictures to get into Photoshop, instead of entering photoshop, I get on the lefthand side an enlarged version of the picture with red, yellow and green buttons on top. Any suggestions on what is wrong, or what can be corrected ?

And there is the problem. Your pictures are opening up in Mac's own Preview app.
Do you want all your jpegs to open in Photoshop, or only when you are in Bridge?
Selecting a program to open a certain file is called: File Type Association.
You can choose this at the MacOS level or the Bridge level.
Here's how to do both:
Either MacOS or Bridge has the wrong app associated with the jpeg. Let's start with MacOS
Close Bridge and Preview. Select one of your jpegs, and press Cmd i, That will bring up the file info window.
Go down to the "Open with" section of File Info.
Choose Photoshop CS4 and click on the Change All... button to apply this choice to every jpeg on your Mac.
Then open Bridge and see if double-clicking opens it in Photoshop.
Now that means all jpegs on your Mac will open in Photoshop. Maybe you don't want that.
You can set your jpegs to open in Preview when Bridge is closed.
When you open Bridge, there is Preferences > File Type Associations where you can direct Bridge to open the jpegs in Photoshop when you are viewing in Bridge.
