I have new valid subscription but it is not recognised!

Hi,
I had to cancel my old subscription and buy a new one because the old one did not allow me to update the credit card information - the discussion about it is here http://forums.adobe.com/message/5838930
However it appears that the new subscription is not being recognise and whenever I start photoshop I see
I have valid plans as can be seen from the capture below
The one on top is the old one and canceled but still shows...
Some help woould be appreciated

Did you happen to try to sign out and sign back into the Creative Cloud? You might try solution 2 of this doc as this helps others.

    Could you please let me know what error prompts on your screen when you are trying to enter the serial number.
    Have you bought subscription for Acrobat, if yes then you might need to sign in at "adobe.com" using your Adobe ID credentials to activate subscription.

    Click on Purchases, billing and redemption to get started. Are you sure that you actually downloaded the magazine? I have a subscription to one magazine and I choose to download the magazines on my own rather than automatically.

    You need a Firewire 800 to 400 adapter or cable or a external USB 2/3 drive (self powered) it can default to the old USB the G5 uses 1 or 2.

    Below is a copy of an 8/7/2013 email from adobe. I prepaid a one-year subscription, and, until I recently upgraded to Windows 8, I was able to make several dozens of merged pdf documents. I seem to be no longer able to use the merge feature that I had successfully and repeated used. When I search for the merge feature I end up with a request that I pay for an upgrade monthly subscription to use the merge feature.

    If you are still within your 15 day return period.  Call Apple they will sent out iDVD at no charge.  (There are no realistic substitutes.)
    Nicely explain that you may return the computer without iDVD. That usually does the trick.  You MUST speak to a senior advisor to get a free copy. The first tier people cannot do it.

    It wouldn't install for nearly 5 times I tried to do this.  Now it's finally installed again but it won't budge past the trial version.  I click BUY NOW but then it says "error you already have a subscription" then it times out and just stays on the Trial Expired page.

    Please log out from your Adobe application and login again.
    Once you launch Acrobat and get error saying trial expired, you will find an option saying 'license this software'.
    Select this option and enter your credentials.
    Now check and let me know.

    What type of unlimited subscription?  There are several.  Even an unlimited subscription does necessarily cover every number in a particular country or the planet.  Unlimited plans generally cover landline numbers in many countries but not all countries. All subscriptions cover mobiles in only a few countries.  Shared cost, Premium numbers, and non-regional numbers are also not covered by any subscription.  Credit is required anytime you dial a number not covered by your subscription or in cases of minute subscription, when that subscription is exhausted for that month.
