I have no idea why this 1130 isn't working.

Hello, everyone!
I work for an elementary school in Detroit. We bought a Cisco 1130 access point for use on our LAN. The problem is that our wireless laptops are not receiving its signal.
Here are the details.
1. I plugged the access point into our network and powered it up.
2. I used IPSU to find the IP address.
3. I used Internet Explorer to log into the access point.
4. I gave it a fixed IP address on our domain.
5. I also entered the SSID and the WEP key.
Everything looks good. The circular light on the top of the access point is green. Unfortunately, Windows XP cannot "see" the network signal.
Is there anyone who could help me to get this thing working?

Previously i also have this issue.
Please kindly check the following using the command :
ap01#sh ip int brief
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
BVI1 *.*.*.* YES NVRAM up up
Dot11Radio0 unassigned YES NVRAM up up
(make sure that the Dot11Radio0 'up' and running) and make sure that the status was not in 'reset' mode.
Next, just advise to fix the wireless channel either 1,6 or 11.

I have received the iPhone 5s from my carrier EE UK. I never had a second hand device as all my previous iPhones received from my carrier. Every time I restore from iCloud backup, first I enter my Apple ID and Password, then it authenticates and goes through next process and updates iCloud settings, right after initial settings then it displayes enter your password where the Apple ID is the metntioned Apple ID and in the bottom it says "Skip this to go next process" or something. I have to press that everytime to skip it, then restore my backup from iCloud and then when I'm in iPhone home it asks me for the password of that mentoned email. So everytime I change the email address to my Apple ID then enter my password that activates my iCloud services and start downloading all the apps I installed.
Its really weird to be honest and I don't know how to remove that email address from that process and seems its there.
N.B. When I had iPhone 4s, Apple Store did replace my iPhone 4s with a new one due to the faulty WiFi.

When getting email from google mail, I am missing many emails which I can see on my desk top. I get the last 7 days of emails, then I miss two months of emails, then I get month 4-6. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening.

yes all emails are in the web based gmail. I have not deleted the account. I forgot to mention that it has been working on my iphone for over 2 years quite well and while I was giving access to the same gmail account to my wifes new iphone when this happend. It changed both the emails on my existing phone and my wifes new phone.

Any Ideas Why This DVD Won't Work?????????

I have posted this puzzler in several other forums.
I have found a DVD-R that I made in my eMac last year and I can’t get it to work.
I can’t remember how I made it or with what application! I cannot even remember what is on it (whether it was slides or video).
In a normal DVD player all that appears is a large close-up of a face.
Whether it is a still photo or a video frame I cannot tell.
I have pressed all the controls I can think of but I can't get the face to move or change etc.
HOWEVER, when I put the DVD in my eMac and double-click it I get the usual window with two files. One is “Video RM” and the other is “Video TS” but both of them are EMPTY and there is nothing else to be found.
Now here is the really strange part. When I open “Get Info” I get the following details:-
Kind: Volume
Format: Mac OS Extended
Capacity: 3.71GB
Available: Zero KB
Used: 3.71GB on disk (3,978,659,840 bytes)
So obviously there is something on it in spite of the apparently empty RM and TS folders!
Can anyone suggest how I can play it ?

Are you using iCloud notes
After you make a note does the not not appear when you open the Notes app the the next time? What if yo do not close the notes app (or go to another app) and then go back to that note?
Is anybody deleting the note on another device or iCloud?

I was having this problem while still using Mavericks -- it started after a Mavericks update last spring. During the initial Yosemite beta runs over the summer, it seemed to be fixed, but after the official launch in October, I had all sorts of problems keeping connected. Its gotten a little better, but still happens to at least one of my devices every day. Weird that we still cannot figure out why the connection keeps dropping on some devices, but not others, and then the next day, one of the devices that didn't disconnect the previous day will disconnect, but the ones that did disconnect, stay connected. It's just sloppy, poorly written software for technology that isn't working the way it should. If you turn off Continuity and Handoff on all your devices, you will probably see that everything stays connected. With those turned off on all devices, TC stayed connected to everything for over a month. The day I turned Continuity back on, all the problems started again. It had something to do with the bluetooth version being used, the wifi routine, and Apple's AirPlay technology not quite getting along with each other.

When I type my email address in the "To:" field, a random name comes up next to it as "Holidays in United States". This just started happening out of the blue and I have no idea why. Does anyone else have any idea?

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Here are some suggestions for getting the best results from this site.

Are you certain the copy of Adobe Photoshop CS is for the Mac OS, not Windows?

I use MAIL exclusively. I have a number of Mailboxes set up. My messages will not load on one particular Mailbox on my MacBookair, but do load in that Mailbox on my IOS devices. Any idea why this is happening?

No idea at all, it might help if you gave more information, what type of mail, who provides it, any error messages etc.
