I have no storage on my iPhone 5 but i deleted EVERYTHING
I have an iPhone s 32GB, and its saying storage almost full and cant taking any photos. I have deleted EVERY app on my phone and all my pictures and videos as well. but when i go to see whats taking up all my space it says photos and i click on photos and it says photo library. i have no photos or videos and i wonder how could it take up 20.9 Gb of space ? some one please help i cant enjoy my phone download apps i need to get in touch and its just causing tons of trouble
Yes, I have music and video sound from the headset as well the phone rings through the headset.

I suspect this has nothing to do with iCloud and all to do with the amount of free memory you have left of the iphone. Go to Settings>General>Storage. How much storage do you have remaining on the device (not icloud)?

When iOS 6.0 updating my iPhone and connecting my iPhone to iTunes the only option I have, is to restore my iPhone. But ufortunately, I did not back up my iPhone before the updating. Is there any way I can avoid the restoring process?
Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support to get the questions reset.
I assume that you are in the country Georgia, not the US state. In which case try contacting Support via this page and explain that you've forgotten your answers, don't have access to your rescue email account, and your country isn't on the HT5699 page (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699) and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then use steps 1 to 7 half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to update your rescue email address for potential future use -

When the update fails what if any error report do you get, specifically? Please do this before trying again:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X. -

Also try:
1. Resetting the SMC > Resetting the System Management Controller
2. Resetting the PRAM > Resetting your Mac's PRAM and NVRAM
Then perhaps while you have it off and disconnected from the power, give the output jack a quick shot of electronic cleaner, then run a jack plug in and out a few times and follow up with a short blast of dry air.

Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Manage Storage > You will see backup, delete the ones you dont want, and even from the current phone labeled "this phone" and it will start the back up from tody on out until its full again. -

I have just taken over my husbands iphone 4s but when trying to download updates on Twitter, Facebook, etc. it says to sign into itunes store with a old email address that I no longer remember the password to. I have changed my email with the itunes store and have a new password but how do i get rid of the old email address. Many Thanks
When you say 'changed my email with the itunes store and have a new password' do you mean that you've changed the email address on that old account, or are you referring to a different account ?
If you've updated the old account then try logging out of the account on the phone by tapping on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in with the updated version.
If they are different accounts then all apps (and other content from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to download updates to them. For apps like Twitter and Facebook you could delete them from the phone and redownload them via your account so that they are linked to that instead.
If there are apps that have content in them, and you can't copy that content off (so that you can delete the app, buy/download it on your account, and copy the content back), then you will need the password to the old account to be able to update them. You should be able to get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com
