I have no way to return to previous page without going completely out of firefox - can you help with this?
I start with the home page of a site. Then go to one of the other pages on the same site. I find no way to return to the home page without going completely out of firefox and having to start all over again. In other words the "back" arrow is gray and does not work to get me back to the original home page. Can you help with this?
Try double clicking on the Back arrow. If you click on it and hold it pressed, it should give you a drop down list of the previous pages. You can also achieve that by right click on the Back arrow. But if you do a single, quick click on it, it should take you back.

Open Disk Utility and select your hard drive, then Repair Permissions, it will probably return a very large number of errors, primarily printer and library errors, so run it a second time. Then restart the MacBook Pro. If it still will not scan, try using Image Capture from Finder > Applications and see if that will work. If not, contact Xerox about updated drivers.

How to return to previous pages without going back one at a time
I do a lot of work on ebay and have to return to previous searches or pages and I used to be able to have a button that would show all the previous pages and I could go down the list and click on it. The only option I have now is to go into history and it only shows recent pages and it's for ALL the tabs open. I want just the tab for ebay previous pages. For instance if I go to ebay sold and relist an item it takes me through the prompts and if I want to return to ebay sold I want a drop down showing that option. I no longer see one. This normally wouldn't be too much of an issue except that the ebay sold is on ebay.com and relist is on ebay.ca so I like to go back to the previous page instead of going to bookmarks, ebay, my ebay, sold etc to get there again. If you are using multiple Apple IDs, there are limits on how often a device can change associations for things like downloading purchases (which is slightly different from authorization for things like playback). You may find the following article helpful:

I subscribed to iTunes Match, but after the information is gathered about my iTunes library, i get an error message : "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (4001). Try again later."
Can you help fix this error?Yesterday I went to settings in my iPhone, Music, turned iTunes Match to "Off". I then updated Match in iTunes and it worked! I don't know why, but it worked.

My iPhone5 was replaced today and when I did a restore I was only able to access a previous backup to the backup that I did yesterday? Hence, I do not have access to some apps such as ebooks and games. Can you help resolve this issue?
My girlfriend had a similar issue because her new device was not updated to IOS7 when she turned it on, but her backup point was created using IOS7. Check to be sure the restore point was created and then factory reset the phone after you have updated to 7.

My iCloud account is set up with my Apple ID as one email account (for example [email protected]) which is the email account I use to sign up for internet sites like Amazon, Apple,etc, so that I can differentiate vendors/mass emails. But my default calendar on my iPhone is in a different email name (ie [email protected]) which I use for most communications to friends, relatives, etc. and it is this account that holds most of my appointments. To further complicate things I have other email accounts that I use for business/professional and community work. If I want all my calendars to show on my iPhone AND sync to my iCloud, do I set this at the phone level or the iCloud level? or both?
Let me clarify....It looks like if I go into appointments that I previously set up through my personal account (ie above [email protected]) and edit the entry on my iPhone, selecting the iCloud "home" calendar within the entry, it will then sync to my iCloud account, no problem....do I have to do this to EVERY entry I have? or is there a way to name my personal account as one to sync to iCloud? -

The figures you mention only make sense on your intranet. Are you still using the same wireless router. The verizon one is somewhat limited as far as max wireless-n performace. For one thing it only has a 2.4 radio. I like many people who wanted wireless-n performance before they even added a wireless-n gigabit router, have my own handling my wireless-n network.

it. Contact them to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
Apple does not unlock iPhones - wireless carrier has this responsibility. -

Your Model apparently needs to use Apple's "Print & Scan" which is found in Applications>System Preferences>"Print & Scan". There you will follow the following instructions from the HP Support site to Scan, for instance:
Place the item that you want to scan on the scanner glass, or load it into the automatic document feeder (ADF) if your printer has one.
Click the Apple menu (# ), and then click System Preferences .
Click Print & Scan (# ).
Click your printer in the left pane.
Click Scan , and then click Open Scanner .
Click Show Details . The details of the scan display, including options to change scan settings.Figure 4: Example of the Show Details scanning screen#
Change any scan settings as necessary, and then click Scan .NOTE: Make sure to select either the Flatbed mode or the Document Feedermode, depending on your printer and how you plan to scan.

if you have backed up your iPhone, photos that were taken on the iPhone will be in the back up file. Any photos synced to your iPhone from a computer will need to be synced again. To restore your iPhone from a back up right click on the name of your iPhone in iTunes and select restore from back up.
