I have Norton 360 and I did all the suggested fixes and I am still having problems getting Norton back on my tool bar. Can you please help?

Pending this update, you can go back to Firefox 4.0, their add-ons work in that version. You can get Firefox 4.0 from http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/4.0/win32/ - you need to select the folder for your language, you can then download and run the Firefox 4 setup file to install it.
If you do install Firefox 4.0 temporarily turn off automatic updates until Symantec update their add-ons. To do that in the Firefox options window, go to the Advanced panel, and then the Update tab and de-select the option to automatically check for updates to Firefox.

The fact that they have 2 versions of ACR means that initial support for the D800 was added in 6.7 but that complete support was finalized in 7.1 (the 4.1 in the chart is for Lightroom)
I'm not sure that this means there are missing features, but rather refinements and optimized settings were added in 7.1
However, ACR 7.1 requires CS6.
As Dag mentioned, you can also use the latest version of DNG Converter to convert the D800 files to DNGs which will be able to be opened in older versions of ACR.
The DNG converter only works on folders of files, not individual files. So just select the folder and convert. All the files in the folder will be converted. -

Make sure all of the videos used in the project that is having that problem are from the same event. If they are from multiple events, move them all into one event.

On the old phone go into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Are there any email accounts listed here? Such as Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc?
If so, tap on each of them and check the 'Contacts' option. If it is turned on, this means that contact syncing is enabled for that account and that your contacts may already be synced to that mail account.
Also check Settings > iCloud and look for the 'Contacts' option. Is it enabled? If so, then it is possible that some contacts could be synced to your iCloud account as well. You can check to see which contacts are in which account by going to the Contacts app on your old phone and pressing the 'Groups' button in the top left corner. You may see several groups here. Uncheck all groups and then check each group one at a time to check and see how many contacts are synced to each account. You may need to add the same mail accounts to your new phone and enable contact syncing to have the contacts from the mail servers sync down to the new phone. -
i have the ipod touch 4th generation and the screen is white, i was going to charge it and it turned white. I have tried to reset it but the apple logo will not show up and it will not turn on! i just got it for christmas... can you please help?
The way I did it was I got the free app sync:stream from the App Store and then added my ipod to my ps3's Bluetooth devices. Then went to audio settings and set output and input to 'Skaggs iPod' you then open the app and it will be listed under music as a media service. You then go to all tracks and click copy (press triangle) it will then begin to copy all of your songs onto your ps3 via Bluetooth. I haven't tried but I assume the same can be done with photos. I have two faults! 1, an error comes up in Ps CC 2014 "could not apply the saved panel configuration, restring to default and my tools have disappeared completely and anything ive tried I cannot get them back not even the drop down menu in 'window' helps at all. And 2, Lr everytime I load it up it gives me the option to retry or switch to and it takes a while for me to even get anywhere with it I think it has something to do with the catalogs? I've been using these programs for a few years now on a Mac...no problem but when I use a PC when I'm away coz it's the (only) comp available these happen PC's are so useless! Please can anyone help??...
I can give a few suggestions on Photoshop CC 2014, but Lightroom is a separate forum and you should ask Lr questions there.
First close Photoshop.
Then start Photoshop by double-clicking on it's icon and very quickly after that, hold down the ctrl-alt-shift keys until you see the reset dialog. answer "Yes" to delete settings, and let Photoshop continue to load.
It's tricky to do and may take a few tries, but at least it should reset Photoshop CC 2014 to defaults.

Up until about a month ago I was able to shrink my photos with shrink pic. I use yahoo for my emails and since they did an update I can no longer shrink my photos using Mozilla Firefox. I thought this was a yahoo problem but yesterday I tried Internet Explorer with yahoo and shrink pic is working in their format. Can you please help?

It sounds like you are running the student edition which comes with a
textbook and doesn't support external code such as DLLs, CINs, or
ActiveX. You might want to check with others at your university and see
about getting access to an academic edition or a
full edition.

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted

Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages. -
