I have not been able to download the instructions

I purchased CS6 and when I received the download instructions two files were listed to download. One was the CS6 file and the other was install instructions. I have not been able to download the install instructions using the Akamai method or the other file method. Please advise me as to how I can obtain the instructions since I cannot download them from the links Adobe provided me. tks. johnny justice

"there was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone, the network connection could not be established". This happens even though I have a working internet connection.
Besides that, all the other functions work properly, even synchronize apps and library.

Can you confirm if you were able to download Presenter 10 successfully, Can you please paste the screen shot of the downloaded file for Presenter 10? Can you please check in control panel >Program and features and check if you are able to see Adobe Presenter 10 as a installed program?

then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

Do you already have the Kindle app downloaded to an iPhone or another iPad? Do you have "Automatic Downloads" turned on under Settings>iTunes & App Store for Apps on your iPad?
You might want to try touching and holding the Kindle App option in your Purchased list, and when it highlights, let go, and it will go to a a detail page for the app with another "Open" option on it. See if it will open from there.
If you do have Automatic Downloads turned on on the iPad, turn it off, and then go back to purchased to see if the Kindle is still showing as "Open".

Either it takes hours to download or you are not able to download at all.
How are you trying? Have you tried alternatives? A Card Reader? Different USB Cable? When did you last reformat the camera card?

What happens when you try.
Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it, so you can't use your new Apple id to update the app, you will need to use the old one.
