as it says in my subject i have unfortunatly been ubable to pay my bill and now you are going to terminate my contract with you i do not want this to happen but i only have untill the 9th of june to pay my bill and as i dont get paid till the 15/6/12 this is a problem i am aware that my bill is very over due and for this i appologise but if you could give me till the 15th i shall pay you what i owe pluss some please contact me on here if there is anything you can do to help as realy dont want my contract terminated thank you for your time.

    Is there a solution?

    Found the answer.  I wasted a bunch of time trying a whole bunch of different things like changing my security settings to allow apps from Everyone, turning off my firewall, downloading a newer Java, etc. 
    I finally contacted Printmaster support and they said that Printmaster 2012 Platinum (and ALL VERSIONS of Printmaster other than their newest one) will simply not work with Yosemite.  Even their newest one (called Printmaster V6 Platinum) won't work unless you download a fix.  Here is the entire response that they sent me.   I've had Printmaster 2012 Platinum for several years so it will cost me $10 and some effort (calling them AND sending an email with a photo of the box and disc...and then paying them) to get a version that will work.
    "Thank you for contacting Customer Support.
    Unfortunately with the release of Mac OSX 10.10 Yosemite PrintMaster is experiencing issues with this new operating system. We have created an update for PrintMaster v6 Platinum our current release of PrintMaster.
    We are pleased to let you know that the update for the Yosemite incompatibility is available as a download. Soon we will also have available on a DVD format. We are hoping to release the DVD format by the end of March, 2015.

    I purchased my AppleTV in Miami, but I live in Argentina.
    I have not been able to get my device running correctly, and altough I've read tons of things online, I still have no solution to my problem.
    Here's the thing: after everything's plugged in and ON, I see the Apple logo briefly, then the TV displays a sign that says no signal, check pwoer cords and power source.
    But everything is plugged in and connected properly, otherwise, I doubt I'd be seeing the apple logo, right?
    I tried changing the HDMI cable, reversing the ends, switching ports, hard resetting the ATV, and trying a different TV. No luck.
    I read there is some issue with Samsung TVs, and most LED and LCD tvs down here are Samsung.
    On the other hand, I cannot return it or exchange it, since I bought it in the states.
    Oh! One of the tvs I tried it on displays a little sign that reads "connected at 1280x720 @60hz", and only THEN, goes to the "no signal" sign.
    Please!!! I am being driven up the walls here.... HELP!!

    Try this:
    Change the Apple TV resolution:
    Press and hold the Menu and Up button on your Apple Remote for six seconds.
    The Apple TV will automatically cycle to the next resolution at approximately 20 second intervals.
    Press Play on the Apple Remote to keep the current resolution or Select to manually cycle to the next resolution.

    You need a computer with iTunes and an internet connection
    Try:
    - Restore from backup. See:                                               
    iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.                       
    If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

    Back up all data.
    This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Do so only after verifying that those settings didn't cause the problem. If none of this is meaningful to you, you don't need to worry about it.
    Step 1
    If you have more than one user account, and the one in question is not an administrator account, then temporarily promote it to administrator status in the Users & Groups preference pane. To do that, unlock the preference pane using the credentials of an administrator, check the box marked Allow user to administer this computer, then reboot. You can demote the problem account back to standard status when this step has been completed.
    Triple-click the following line to select it. Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C):

    Paste into the Terminal window (command-V). You'll be prompted for your login password, which won't be displayed when you type it. You may get a one-time warning not to screw up. If you don’t have a login password, you’ll need to set one before you can run the command. If you see a message that your username "is not in the sudoers file," then you're not logged in as an administrator.
    The command will take a noticeable amount of time to run. Wait for a new line ending in a dollar sign (“$”) to appear, then quit Terminal.
    Step 2 (optional)
    The first step should give you usable permissions in your home folder. This step will restore special attributes set by OS X on some user folders to protect them from unintended deletion or renaming. You can skip this step if you don't consider that protection to be necessary.
    Boot into Recovery by holding down the key combination command-R at startup. Release the keys when you see a gray screen with a spinning dial.
    When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select
    Utilities ▹ Terminal
    from the menu bar. A Terminal window will open.
    In the Terminal window, type this:
    resetpassword
    That's one word, all lower case, with no spaces. Then press return. A Reset Password window will open. You’re not  going to reset a password.
    Select your boot volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name) if not already selected.
    Select your username from the menu labeled Select the user account if not already selected.
    Under Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs, click the Reset button.

    iTunes Match is not sharable across Apple IDs. The best way to get the music on her iPad is to leave hers signed into her Apple ID on the iTunes Store and sync via USB.

    then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

    If not then you will either have to enter card details (you should be able to remove them after entering them), or create a new account (using the instructions on the above link).

    You should have signed in with that address in the first place, but there is a workaround: go to System preferences>Mail, Contacts@ Calendars and add your @me.com address as an account there.
