I have not received any e-mails on my iPhone 4s on one of 4 addresses since 4 days ago although the e-mails are being received on my iPad and computer. I have tried numerous things - turned off account, turned off phone, turned off phone with both home and power button at same time, etc. any suggestions on how I can correct this?

As of today, neither sample songs on the music store nor songs already downloaded will play correctly. They are stuttery and slow. I have iTunes 10.5 and have not downloaded any upgrades for anything recently. They were working last night. Thoughts or advice?
I found a solution that worked for me. Here is what I did and where I found it.
"Looks like I tracked down the problem, it worked for me so I hope this works for everyone else experiencing problems. Go to your Task Manager and locate the program APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push)..... if you see this executing terminate the program and then startup iTunes and it should come up fine. You will see afterwards that APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push) starts back up but this is fine as long as iTunes has already started.
I tried playing both music and syncing up my iPhone with no problems. Note if you shutdown iTunes again you will have to terminate the process APSDaemon.exe (Apple Push) again. Haven't had time to see what in the world Apple Push is but this appears to have corrected the problem so that you can at least use iTunes and sync any device that needs to be synced.

I have not received further instructions for activating my school's iTunes U site
The message reads:
"We have accepted your executed iTunes U service agreement. The project manager listed in your iTunes U application has received further instructions to activate your iTunes U site.

You can view and download your executed service agreement at any time by returning to our enrollment form
and signing in using your Apple ID. "

If your pre-order of South Park: The Stick of Truth qualified for the "Get $10" promotion, then 500 bonus points should have posted to your My Best Buy™ account within about 20 days. I used the email address you registered with the forum to review your account history, and from what I can see, it appears you may have pre-ordered the PC version of the game. Based on the promotion details, PC versions of the eligible gaming titles do not qualify for the bonus points.

My hard drive recently crashed and I had to have a new one installed, at the same time I upgraded to Yosemite since then I have not been able to get on my banks website to do any online banking. I just get a blank page after I log onto the bank. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Using Safari? Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. Then try Safari/History/Show History and delete all history items. Quit/reopen Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History and Web Site Data. The down side is it clears all cookies.Doing this may cause some sites to no longer recognize your computer as one that has visited the web site.
Try another browser as a test.

I have an eight year old IMAC with the Intel dual core. Today for the first time a fine white vertical line appeared on screen in all applications. I do not know if I did something or if this is a larger problem. Everything else seems to be working alright. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
Eight-year old iMacs did not have Intel processors. Please do "About this Mac" from you Apple menu to see something like this:
Please post the "Version" under the big "Mac OS X" and the "Processor" information. These can make a big difference in advising you how to proceed.

My iCloud will download songs to my iPhone if I go into my music app there. However when I go into music on my ipad it says there is no music and I can't download from iCloud either onto my ipad. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
I am currently having the same problem with music that is downloaded to my laptop and stored into itunes/itunes match which is not downloading to my ipad. I had this same problem a few months a go and it was fixed with a update to my ipad but it has happened again with most recent update. The bad thing is I didn't notice until I went to listen to the music on my ipad and it was available. Apple is becoming very unattractive to me. I am in search of a diffrent device.

Bought audiobook in iTunes store, can play it on my computer, but not my touch. It shows up in my audio book file under music but it won't play. Any suggestions on how to fix this? (I tried making it into a playlist but when I synced it, it don't show up on the Touch)
I could not find an option to "report a problem".
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
On 4/3 3 54.95 purchases went through on my checking account. I had a 50 dollar I tunes card and tried to buy an item worth 50 dollars. but instead 54.95 was charged 3 times from my bank account on iTunes card. I talked to my bank and iTunes. ITunes said they would refund all of them. I check my apps purchases on my pc and all 3 of the charges say refunded but I have received no money. On top of that I did not receive anything I purchased. what should I do to get my money back?
It can take a number of days before the refunds will show on your card - if they aren't there by the end of the week then try contacting iTunes Support again.

The album I preordered's expected release date was today, so I go on my ipad to see if it was downloaded and when it wasn't, I checked itunes, where it states that the album I preordered is purchased, but gives me no link to download it. I also checked my past purchases on my ipad and on itunes and the album doesn't appear, however, does show up when I click on manage preorders, I also checked for available downloads with no results. I then researched online and apparently you receive an email when the content is ready to download, however, even though my album says it is purchased, I haven't received an email yet telling me the album is ready to download. Is this what is supposed to happen? I have tried everything to try and download my preordered album which states it is purchased, however, I do not want to pay again for an album which is telling me is already purchased. Is it possible the album is purchased, however, the content is not ready to download yet?

Great job troubleshooting your issue thus far. The following Knowledge Base article offers up an alternative way of downloading your content if it already isn't in your library:

Open iTunes and go to the iTunes Store.
Click Purchased in the Quick Links section.
Select the content type that you want to download (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
Select Not in My Library to view purchased content that isn't on your computer.
Find the item that you want to download. You can browse using the menu to the left. If you have more than 2,000 songs, you will see Recent Purchases instead of All Songs or Albums.
Click the Download icon next to the item you want to download.
If an item is already in your library, the Download icon won't appear.
If you still are unable to download you purchase, then you will want to report your issue:

I have a hotmail email address. I compose my mail useing MS outlook. when i send the mail to my contacts useing my macbook air,my contacts tell me there have not received the mail.
when i send the same message with my ipad or iphone no problem my contacts receive the mail.

I downloaded my Creative Suite 5.5 student teacher licensing software. I all loaded fine in my Mac but at the end of the download it gave me a message that I would need to check my e-mail for further steps in order to be able to use the software. I have not received this e-mail yet. I had my email listed as <Removed by Moderator>
