I have not received my email with a serial number/redemption code for a photography subscription.

does anyone know how to contact Adobe to resolve this issue? I am in India and cannot call them, additionally their chat system is down. I have checked all the relevant help sections for this issue. It is really frustrating because I have all these photos I want to edit at airports and no way to do it.

I reinstalled the latest version of the CC app, and I still have the same issues as before where by Lightroom only gives me the option to buy the app again and photoshop only provides me with the option to start a trial. I am logged in with my adobe ID, I am also logged in on lightroom. However in lightroom the develop tab is indicated that I need to renew my membership to reactivate it.
Any help on this would be much appreciated.
p.s sorry if these are basic questions, I am normally efficient at trouble shooting basic concepts.

    There is no serial number. The software is activated via your Adobe ID.

I have tried everything that is provided in the support article about the issue and my problem has not be resolved. I've even deleted my alt email from the apple account and then reassigned it and tried again, however, I still have not received the email. Without knowing the answers to my security questions, I cannot purchase anything from the iTunes store, which I have been trying to do.
    I do not know what the problem is and I am asking for any resolutions. Please and thank you!

    Go to the Apple ID Security site from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 or call the AppleCare support number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with the Account Security Team...either can help you reset your questions/answers.

    You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

    Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
    * Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

    Serial numbers are Operating System specific. If you bought the product for Windows then it wont work on Mac or vice-versa. If you're having issues finding the serial number in the Adobe account, then please follow the steps in the below mentioned link :

    P.S - If you have not registered the serial number in any of the Adobe account then I am afraid it would be difficult for support team to help you in that.
