If I understand correctly holders of licenses of older versions than CS2 are entitled to install and use Photoshop CS2.
Maybe you could read up on that and, in case you want to pursue that option, make sure your OS and Photoshop CS2 »play nice«.

Recieved old iPhone and want to use as iTouch

I cannot seem to find a situation in the forums to describe my situation. I was given an old 8GB original iPhone by someone who upgraded. I just want to use it as an iPod Touch - no phone service. I have the original deactivated sim card. I have an iTunes account. I do not have another iPhone or another ATT sim card. Is there any way to do this without a new sim card or dealing with ATT?

The apple ID can refer to either the iTunes store or iCloud accounts. I'll assume you mean iCloud. Go to Settings>iCloud. Scroll to bottom of page and enter your ID and password for iCloud.

I have PE11and LR5 and want to use/create one catalog or source file.

When I use the LR5 function "upgrade PE catalogue" for use in LR5 it works very well (first time! great new function) - however - it does not recognize the 6000 photos the still are in the subfolders from "my pictures" like c:/my pictures/adobe/digital camera/date these files where created by earlier PE versions.
So the question(s) are:
1. How to move all the photos in sub folders from "my pictures" - without having to do that one by one - so the LR5 function "upgrade PE catalogue" will recognise all the photos
2. Is there another way to build one source file "my pictures" to use both in PE11 and LR5 without loosing metadata - qualifications and tags. I have a large collection of photos (>15.000) as I work on (semi) professional base since a number of years.

1. Are these "left behind" files in formats recognized by Lightroom? What are the formats of these photo files?
2. Are you saying that (other than for these 6000 files that were not converted), the metadata did not show up in Lightroom?

No, but you can certainly move them around inside the one Bridge window like I showed in my screen shot, so that the Preview panel occupies the whole of your first monitor.

I absolutely disagree, Conrad. What you do is stretch the entire Bridge window to span both monitors, then move the Preview panel from the right to the left monitor, then move all other panels to the right monitor (except the Preview panel which will remain occupying the entire left monitor).
I've done this routinely from day one, in all versions of Bridge. Study my screenshots carefully at 100%. I didn't at any time open more than one Bridge window, just the one.
That is my normal working space, saved as such.

Back/ forward buttons and refresh buttons have greyed out and don't work, how can I fix that?

Woke up this morning to find firefox's back/forward buttons and refresh unresponsive. They are just greyed out. Also, when I open Firefox it usually goes to my home page, now it just opens to an "untitled" page. I tried resetting the home page, only to find it was set correctly. The only way to get to the home page is to hit the home button. The only thing that happened overnight, that I can see, is updates on 'screenshot-program' and 'smarterfox.' I don't know what to do about it, please help?

IF both devices have the same Apple ID signed in ; it will believe the devices are meant to both recieve them. My biggest recommandation is you can create an email address for your daughter and in the future when she gets her own email address she can chang ethe primary email address to the up to date one.
