I have OS X 10.6.8, why can't i download moutain lion?
I have the system requirments as I know. OS X 10.6.8, core 2 duo, 4GB of memory and 92 GB available on hard drive? What Gives?
I don't know. Can you explain exactly what process you're taking, and what happens when you try?
Also, are you absolutely sure your Mac meets the following specs? What year is it?

Why can't I download mountain lion.
The app store will allow me to download free and paid apps. But the app store won't even let me try to download it. Any suggestions?
Make sure your Mac qualifies to install Mountain Lion > Apple - Upgrade your Mac to OS X Mountain Lion.
If your Mac qualifies, select Categories at the top of the App Store window then click Account under Quick Links right side of the App Store window.
Enter your Apple ID and password then click View Account. You may have to re enter your password twice.
That should take you to the Account Information window.
Click Edit to the right of Payment Type.
Make sure your credit or debit card credentials are correct including the Security code and expiration date.
Then click Done bottom right side of the window.
Now try purchasing Mountain Lion.
If your payment information is correct, reinstall the App Store by downloading and installing the OS X Lion Update 10.7.4 (Client Combo)
It's ok to do this even though you are already running v10.7.4
Then try the App Store again.
You may need to disable anti virus software before installing Mountain Lion. -

Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3. My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC. Lightroom shows Install but it is installed. I also cannot directly download from my account on the web. This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere. I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted. I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems. Why can't I download apps I have to pay for on to my new iPad Mini. I have had an Apple id for my iPhone for years and have downloaded app to it, no problems. When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.
Could the credit card be expired?

Why can't I download OS X Mavericks? The download option is malfunctioning. I already checked that my mac version can have free upgrade. I click download, but it just doesnt do anything. I went to purchase tab, clicked "download" next to the app but still nothing happens. It's not internet problem because everything else on the app store works. The only thing not working is Mavericks downloading and I don't know why. Please help.

You'll see Available and Capacity. Make sure there's at least 15% available disk space.
If installed, disable anti virus software before downloading Mavericks. -

The download does not install Flash. You should find the downloaded file in your Downloads folder. Double-click on the .dmg file then double-click on the installer icon once the disc image has been mounted.

Are you doing a Software Update or downloading directly from Apple?
If Software Update, instead download the combo 10.6.8 update from here. Use Disk Utility (on your hard drive in application/utilities) to repair permissions, then apply the combo update, and when done, repair permissions again. You'll be at 10.6.8 at that point. -
