I have OS X v.10.2.4, how can I get 10.3.4 for my new iPod?

Is there any way possible to get v.10.3.4 without buying it and how?! It's for my new iPod.
If not,how and how much?!!!!

First, you can update your current OS to 10.2.8 via download and with that update you can install and run iTunes version 6. That should let you use the Nano without upgrading to 10.3. Several people have indicated that they are using the iPod with Jaguar (10.2) even though Apple officially specs out that Nano at 10.3. Jaguar didn't support USB 2 - Panther does.
However, should Panther be necessary, you will have to purchase that upgrade. Since Panther has been replaced by Tiger, you should be able to find it discounted. Try Other World Computing or Small Dog.

Purchase an external hard drive and use the backup software that comes with it to backup files from your computer.
Buy TouchCopy and install it on your new computer, connect your old iPod and transfer your songs to your computer.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If you have failed to bakup, then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone (if you're using iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). They can't. Which came first - the chicken or the egg? Actually, that's a bad comparison but a sync must come first.
The library is actually part of iTunes and it contains everything. iTunes is then configured so that you (or they) determine which portion of everything will be synced to each iPod (identified by a unique name, see below for an example of an iPod and an iPad). iTunes can't make that decision until AFTER it knows which iPods exist.
By the way, I (you, they) can very easily change the name of each device to whatever I (you, they) wish to call it.

As long as you use your Apple ID to purchase it, I don't see why they wouldn't let you download the installer on one of their Macs and put it on a pocket drive.
Or, a friend with a high speed connection?

A. Have you gone in to 'manage your iCloud?', and have you rebooted your iPhone. I think the idea is to delete yor previous backups and start with a new one.

Problem is that my pdf files look terrible although I have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014). I have Adobe Creative Suite Design Standard version 6.0 (Mac). I have installed every possible update. I think problem is that for some reason my CS doesn´t support retina display? If I view a pdf file in iMessage, it looks fantastic. But if I open the same document in Adode Acrobat Pro, it looks awful. What can I do?
