I have OS X version 10.9.4 and I am not able to send email to AOL accounts.

It looks as though the emails to AOL accounts are sending...they are in my sent box. But the recipients aren't receiving the emails. Why?

Have you done what the message told you to do?
Go to your applications, find Reader, open it, agee to the EULA.
