I Have OS10.6.8, and when I access to app store to dwnld lion it shows "installed". Anybody with this problem?
The only way that I found out to resolve this it's creating a new user, but as same as thousands of users this is my third day trying to download lion without success, I’m very disappointed APPLE
When the App Store says that Lion is installed that can mean nothing more than you've downloaded the installer (and not necessarily actually installed it. It looks oin all visible disks/partition for the installer.
If you have tried to download it, perhaps you succeeded - look in Applications for "Install Mac OS Lion.app" - it should be about 3.7GB in size.

Try a hard reset. Hold Power button and home button until it restarts. Hold both till the Apple logo is displayed. Do not slide power off.

Help i have an iphone 5s and whenever i dowload an app or update, the symbol turns to install then the circle loading, then all of a sudden it goes back to the price symbol. I am having a tough time can anyone help me.

I've tried the following...
1.Connecting to the internet (of course)
2.Opening Itunes
3.Connecting to iTunes using windows tab
4.Restarting
5.Restoring and reinstalling OSX Mountain Lion
(Additional Detail)
When i open the App Store, the featured section works fine... But when i click on an another tab, (for example) the purchases tab and then go back to the Featured tab, that is when the message occurs.
Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me...

gets security questions to answer that she never set up, and of course it won't let her purchase anything. She has
a redeemable balance, but can't get past the security questions and can't seem to find another way to circumvent this.
What can she do?If she has trouble with the first advisor, she can always ask to speak to a senior advisor. However, AppleCare isn't really needed in cases like this, as the iTunes Store is quite familiar with accounts of this nature, and it's more of their speciality. Your daughter may want to contact them next time, but it's only email support at the moment (soon to change).

A friend of my daughter's used my mac computer when she got her new iphone to help set it up. Now that I have a new iphone, her apps and all the app store information is stuck on my phone. Her app account keeps showing up when I try to install something new, and I obviously do not have her password. How do I get this off my phone??
Open iTunes on the computer. Without any iPhone plugged in, go to iTunes' menu and do Store > Sign Out.
The click the iTunes Store row on the left of the iTunes display. You can then sign on from the signon row on the right side of the display using the correct Apple ID and password. Then you'll be all set! -
I just upgraded today and after the update, im missing quite a few "default" programs. No way to take pictures, no camera icon, no safari icon, no app store icon.... please help I cant even open up links by my mail because I don't have safari....
i have same problem not saying we have deleted these apps i tryed what u suggested and that doesnt do anything the apps are not moved there completly gone and when i try to search for them using iphone search returns no results

Apple ID is disabled message when I access the App Store
Whenever i try to download an app to my new iphone4 i get apple id is disabled. I can access my Apple Id perfectly through the phone and the computer. I can transfer apps from the computer to the phone perfectly, I just cant get through to the App Store from the phone.

After the last apple update the App Store switches to French from English. How do I fix this?
KDilworth1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar
2. Hold the Apps in Task Bar down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close Apps

I have 2 iPod touches for my kids, and I have an iPhone. Both iPods and the iPhone use the same apple id. When an app is downloaded to one of the iPods it automatically installs to the other as well. Why does this happen and how can I stop it?
You must have the automatic download feature of iCloud on the iPod. To turn this off, on the iPod you don't want the apps to automaticly download on, go to Settings-->Store. Under automatic downloads slide the sliders off for the things you don't want to auto download.

thanks tomwhat do you mean? just try downloading any old app for free and see if it works? if so like i said only some i turn on will go straight back to the home screen but its all mainly games?

Did you already try to reset your ipod by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again? If this does not work, restore your device. Backing Up, updating, and restoring your iPhone and iPod touch software
