    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble using your Acrobat.com subscription. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there.
    Is the problem specific to one PDF file, or are you running into the same problem with multiple files? How large is the file (or files) that you're trying to upload? Are they complex (large number of pages; mix of text and graphics)?
    Let's start with some basic troubleshooting:
    Clear the browser cache and try again.
    Try a different browser (see System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers).
    Make sure that there are no firewall or proxy settings that are limiting your access to the Internet.
    Let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, we can take a closer look at the files that you're trying to convert.

    If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

    If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
    Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).

    Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
    If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

    Developers control which versions of their app is in the store. If a developer releases a new version and pulls the old version then it will no longer be available in the store.
    If you sync the device that has the older app in ITunes on your computer and choose to transfer purchases,  you will then have your own saved copy of the app. Then, sync the other device and select to install that app from the list of locally saved purchases.

    I have found that complicated document structures causes Word to split the document into parts, but I've always gotten the whole thing, in multiple documents.
    However, with two pages, I can't imagine it is that complicated.

    I understand you have done all necessary troubleshooting steps that should have enabled you to send messages to iPhone users without them having to disable iMessage. Have you tried contacting Apple Support regarding the inability to send a text message to iPhone users? Apple can be reached at (800) 275-2273.
    In addition, do you get a certain error message when your WiFi stops working? Have you verifed that Auto Switch network is disabled? To disable this setting simply to go Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap the Menu Key(to the left of the home button) > Select Advanced and it is called `Auto network switch.     I have an older IPOD classic that I'm having trouble getting new purchases from library to IPOD. I use to have a IPOD icon in the source list on the left side of the screen. Now that is all gone. My purchases are coming up as recently purchased but can't figure out how to get them transferred to IPOD.  I also can't find how to confirm setting is for manual not auto sync as the first computer I had blew up and am now using a different one. I haven't had any of these problems prior to the updates.

    an audigy 2 platinum ex with an external module I really liked but somehow all of a sudden I was getting a screech when using FS9 sor I opted to change to the present. Well stone the crows my soundcard was auto updated with new drivers and well you guessed it the soundcard did not show in the sound video controllers window No I have just joined this forum and it looks like3 you may have the answer for me . I am now going to do as you suggest and see what happens.
    I shall return with the outcome of my dilemma.

  • I have paid for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro OCR but it will not recognise a letter in the serial number for me to update my adobe account and any of the programs I have tried using to convert a PDF file on a Mac to a word doc it is converting file with funny sym

    I have been supplied info in an email to copy and paste for a new product purchase "Adobe Acrobat XI Pro OCR" but am unsure how and where to copy and paste to.     I've checked your account, and all is well there. Please make sure that you're logging in with the same Adobe ID/password that you used when you signed up.
    Then, clear the browser cache, and try logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com.

    If you have any trouble to launch your Adobe product and has been revert to trial and/or prompt for a serial number, please try the steps below:
    1. Sign Out and Sign In back following the steps:
    Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app
    2. Delete the OPM.db file: 
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
    Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7
