I have paid for an album, and now it won't appear in my music.

I can confirm that the songs themselves will play in itunes. And the songs are definitely on my computer now. But for some reason, the album refuses to appear in my album list. Which is ridiculous. Even when I manually add the songs, the album, the artist, to my library. No dice. Pathetic. I want a refund.

I have attempted to move the files to my trash, and the iTunes store persists that they're still there. Having moved the files back into the music folder, and opening them from there, iTunes still won't show them. It's ridiculous that I should be paying for something that doesn't work. Particularly when I could have free access to it on Spotify with none of this hassle.
