I have photoshop CC and Bridge CC, and CS6 versions, and yet it still wants me to install Photoshop CC?Can't install mini bridge either?
Why, when I have PSCC and Bridge CC already installed and working, yet the desktop CC wants me to install them again, which always fails. Error code 7. I have been trying to get mini bridge into photoshop.
Tjpigpen which operating system are you using? You may want to try removing and reinstalling Photoshop and Bridge CC by following the steps listed at CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.

If your serial number is listed as being valid at http://www.adobe.com/ then I would recommend obtaining a fresh copy of the installation files. Cannot load Photoshop Elements 10. 1st (of 3) disks only gives me option to import photos and videos, not to install. How can I install?
Are you sure that:
1. You have the correct disc for your operating system? You have both mac and windows versions on the discs. If you have a mac you want disc 3, not disc 1.
2. PSE is not already installed? -
Was able to download and install Premier but can't install Photoshop Elements - getting multiple error messages (pirated software, etc). Any ideas?

I had over 200 e-mails. I went to my webmail and deleted most of them. However, my iPhone still shows 200 e-mails. How can I force my iPhone to update from the e-mail server? Or will I have to delete each e-mail from my iPhone as well? Thanks.
You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

I just bought a new computer. My old computer was a 32bit system but my new one is a 64bit. I own ps cs6. My question is"will I be able to deactivate ps on my old system, and download the 64 bit version and install and activate it or do I have to buy the 64bit version in order to move forward.
Nope, you can install it on your new computer with no issues. The disc contains both the 32 and 64 bit versions.

I have totally "uninstalled" what I had and then reinstalled the newest
version of itunes. Still......
First, when I click on the itunes icon to load it takes the program anywhere
from two to three minutes to load. None of my other programs take this
long.
When in the itunes program I can be moving around in my library and itunes
when choosing a song or songs, choosing file, edit, etc,. whatever command I
choose it just suddenly stops. I can issue five commands and watch each one
respond in 30 second to two minute intervals. I can issue several commands,
even shutting down, and it will do all but takes several minutes to do so.
My itunes program was working fine when this problem suddenly arose.
TerryClick here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

I have atempted to gift a song to someone. I have been charged for it but it was not received. I tried to re-gift it and was charges a second time but the recipient still has not received it. How can I get the song to her or my money back?
First, have the recipient check any anti-spam filters that may be present on her email account or in any email application to make sure that messages from Apple aren't being blocked. If she is sure that is not the case, go here:

Recently I installed iTunes on my computer so that I could put music on my new iPad and it was fine, the next day when I went to put some more on it it asked me to download the newest version of iTunes and I did but since then I have been having trouble getting access to iTunes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest itunes version and it still says that I need to reinstall it. Can someone please help me

I am trying to run a trial version of aperture 3.1, I have in the past run an earlier trial version and found it unsatisfactory, so I never went ahead with the purchase. Now when I try to trial run the current version, to see if it has improved on my system, I keep getting "trial has expired" messages.
I believe that Apple and most other vendors allow only one free trial.
You could call 1-800-SOS-APPL and ask customer support. -
I have a CC subscription for Lightroom and purchased the upgrade for my standalone Ver. 5 to Ver. 6, but I can't install the standalone upgrade. Anyone have any idea how to do it?

Your initial post indicated that you had a CC subscription. That seems to imply that you have subscribed. If you hadn't already purchased Lightroom 6 I would suggest that you wait until you decide about CC. You really don't need both because the Lightroom program is precisely the same except for Lightroom 6 without the creative cloud has no Lightroom mobile capabilities. But I was only trying to help. -

I am very happy to report that my server connection tech, which I called via landline, informed me to : 1. Open Tools 2. Scan down to Clear Recent History 3. Delete All. That was it! Unbelievable! Six hours of searching through the Windows catagories. I checked the results on an internet site, and viola! It was gone! Mozilla Firefox seems to remember the usernames and passwords irregardless of the option window that asks if you if want it to remember the user and password. I finally got in touch with my friend and he said he did not answer yes to the window, even though he was aware of it. No damage. I surely do appreciate everyones' concern in this, now what seems to be, a very simple solution. Cudos to Firefox! Thank-you! P.S. I now have to enter my information at the beginning of any password protected sites...no harm done! My friend is now condemned to the 'user account' site! lol...

I downloaded the new version of pages about a month ago. Today I tried to open documents that I created and saved with the new version and received a message that I needed to download the new version. The app store shows the download. HUH?!?
I'm not sure what you mean by it making accessing files more complicated. I have both Pages 4.3 & Pages 5.1 icons in my Dock as well as Numbers 2.3 & Numbers 3.1. I continue to use the iWork '09 versions for my everyday needs. As long as the new versions are in your Applications folder & the '09 versions in the iWork '09 folder, Software Update will not have a problem updating them even if Apple should come out with a new update for the '09 versions.
Because I have moved the new versions to an external drive & renamed the apps because I want '09 to be the default apps, I do have to remember to move them back to my applications folder & restore the original names before updating. But since you like the new versions this "complication" doesn't apply to you.
