I have Photoshop CS5 and my image processor and batch tool are gone. How do I get them back?
I went into edit preference and all the start up scrips are selected so what else is there? When you installed CS5, you have a chance to register it. If you do, your serial number is on file under your Adobe (My Products). If you did not, you have no serial number on file and even worse, no proof you own it.
You do not have your serial number copied down anywhere? Hard to believe you tossed the dvd box and all the documents away.
So Help > Register might give you a chance to do this without you knowing the number.
If not, you may want to consider the Photography Plan. Creative Cloud Photography plan | Adobe Creative Cloud -
I have Photoshop CS5 and am trying to download the Camera Raw Plug in that will allow me to open images taken with a D800 camera .
It appears the download has been successful when I look in my " Downloads " Folder but I still get a message up saying the installed version of Camera RAW won't support the Camera model ( i.e. D800 ) . What am I missing ??
Tony FletcherYou need to download and install Camera Raw 6.7.1 for CS5. Once you have downloaded it, you need to install it while CS5 is closed.
Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Windows : Camera Raw 6.7.1 Update
Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Macintosh : Camera Raw 6.7.1 Update
Once downloaded, unzip/unpack the file, and run the executable to start the update, following the instructions. -
I have Photoshop CS5, and use windows XP. I cannot open bridge from photoshop, which I have done for years. When I am in Photoshop, when it opens, I always click on the bridge icon at the bottom of the screen and it puts me into bridge. This is not happening, the small wheel at the bottom of the screen just keeps spinning. Its like its stuck or caught in a loop. I can't get into bridge. I tried shutting down and starting up again but the problem remains. Looking for help. Dan
Thanks for your response, I was able to open bridge from File-Browse in Bridge. This worked, but was not able to go back to the way I always opened Bridge. At least I could get to Bridge and go into Camera Raw. I never tried to open Bridge from the Start menu. The odd thing about this is, it has happened before, and to get it "unstuck" and working again, I would shut down and restart again in a few minutes, and things would go back to normal. This time it did not go back to normal after several attempts. I shut down for about 3-4 hours, restarted, and it seems to be back to normal again. I am not sure if it's a problem that is getting worse each time it happens. And yes I am using Mini Bridge in photoshop CS5. Thank you for your help. Dan

I have Photoshop CS5 and a Nikon D 810 camera. I have downloaded Camera Raw 8.8 & DNG converter. I can neither open the raw files (.nef), nor process them with the DNG converter. What is going wrong? Thanks!
This is the last paragraph from my very first response to you, post #1 in this thread:
…Additionally, you need to install the DNG Converter, not just "download" it, and you need to launch it and run it on each folder of NEFs you wish to convert to raw DNGs. [emphasis added] -

I must have my computer reimaged. I have Photoshop CS5 and Lightroom 5.7. How do I inform Adobe that I will be reloading these programs to the same computer?
And to directly answer your question, you don’t inform Adobe, you merely deactivate PS, reimage, then reinstall and reactivate PS with the serial number(s), and relicense LR with the serial number(s).
If this computer isn’t yours and you don’t have the serial numbers, yourself, then that could be a problem, although there may be software that can find the serial numbers. On a PC platform, download and run the Belarc Security Advisor and see if it finds the serial numbers you need. It’ll only find the current product serial numbers, not the prior versions that an upgrade might be based on, so then you’ll be stuck. -
I have a iMac and i just updated the computer to Yosemite. I have Photoshop CS5 and when I try to print under print size --- manage custom size , photoshop unexpectedly quits every time. I updated the printer drivers (epson 9880) uninstalled and installed all the drivers. restarted computer and it is still doing the same thing. Cant find any costumer service here either except forums.
I have exactly the same problem - Whenever I go to Print, the print widow appears, it thinks about it for a bit (rotating symbol) and then quits.
This is the beginning of the problem details, cut and paste. It goes on much longer than this:

I have an Extreme and want to add an Express, both to offer AirPlay capability to my home stereo and also provide a wired port to a music vault. Is there no way to do this simultaneously? To have the express be able to switch between client and WDS modes?
<Edited by Host>Good afternoon finguerres,
It is not necessary to have your AirPort Express change from Wireless Distribution Ssystem (WDS) to wireless client mode in order to use AirPlay. WDS will work just fine. See this article -
Wi-Fi base stations: How to set up and configure AirPort Express for AirPlay and iTunes - Apple Support
In particular the section titled Connecting to an existing Wi-Fi network as part of a legacy WDS or Extended Network.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

In numbers '09, I have a column of 24 numbers and want to add 89 to each, with 24 separate results in a new column. How?
HI t,
Assuming the numbers are in column A, starting at A2, and that you want the results in column B, and in the same row as the original numbers:
B2: =A2+89
Fill down for 24 rows to B25.
To fill down:
After entering and confirming the formula in B2,
Select cell B2.
Shift-click on cell B25 to add it and all cels between it and B2 to the selection.
Go Insert (menu) > Fill > Fill Down.
Done.
Regards,
Barry
