I have Photoshop Elements 10 and am having trouble resizing my photo to an appropriate size?

I need m image to be 16 Megabytes or less and I own a Mac. I know to go to image > image size, but I am not sue what numbers to put in for the pixels or anything... what should I change the size for "pixel dimensions" and "document size" to? In order for it to be uploaded to facebook, tumblr, websites like those.

Okay. Spent 6 hours w Apple support today trying to get photoshop to work. They were awesome. Able to download photoshop 13 after upgrading to OSX10.8. But when I tried to import my library from my photoshop elements 10 only a small number transferred. Before spending the day with the kind apple staff, when I opened photoshop 10, it wouldn't allow me to open or download any of the photos sitting in the app. I was promised that my photos were transferred to adobe revel but only about 1/10 are available to me at this time. Do I need to pay adobe to transfer the library to revel ? Or am I missing something?

Make sure you are in Expert Mode and then the photomerge button is in
"Enhance" menu item.

Hi, Yes you are correct in iPhoto Prefernces, Advanced tab editing I used to have iPhoto and "Use external editor.". It changed to iPhoto and iPhoto Library. I have einstaleed PSE 9 and downloaded the update. There is still no lkink to external editor in the drop down box. I have Photoshop Elements 8 and upgraded to Plus but am not able to access themes, content, etc. that are Plus eligible. Any suggestions? I have tried twice through support and online to no avail.

When I'm in Editor, I see the themes, some have a gold bar (which I understand is for Plus people) these are the ones that I can't use, when I click on them, nothing happens. When I click on the others they open fine. I haven't opened both Elements and Premier, just Elenments 8 as that is what I have. I'll check it out. Is it possible some some setting that needs to be changed? Thanks for your help!

Well, I don't work for Adobe or Photoshop.com -- and I don't know enough about your situation to even guess.
But:
a) You've logged in to Photoshop.com with both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, right?
b) Both programs are fully registered and activated using your Adobe ID, right?
c) In Premiere Elements, under Themes, do you see any themes listed that have a blue or yellow ribbon over and upper right or upper left corner?

I downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements. I then launched Photoshop Elements Organizer and imported approx. 28,000 photos (including some videos). A window opened indicating that many of the photos had tags, and asking if I wanted to add the tags. I said yes, and the process began. When it reached 60% a window opened indicating that "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working", with the only option being to "Close program."
I've since tried to open organizer several times, but it goes immediately to "Elements 13 Organizer has stopped working". I was able to open Editor, and tried opening Organizer from Editor, but encountered the same problem.
FYI, I have an open case (#0214505556), but have not received the help I need.

This issue is with respect to Elements 13.
