I have photoshop elements 10 for PC is possible to convert the license for MAC?

Good evening I do not have disc version, I by in Internet and attached I send the license number can I use?
I have downloaded the version 10 but when I insert the license number the program say that is wrong.
May I resolve the problem??

That depends. If you bought the disc version, you're good to go, since your serial number works on both platforms, so just install the mac version. If you lost the discs or your mac doesn't have a disc drive, you can download it here:

However, if you bought the windows version as a download, you're out of luck. Adobe does do a crossgrade, but for older versions you have to pay to upgrade to current version on the new platform, and that's more expensive than just buying it, if you search around for a good price.

I have Photoshop Elements Pro 10, and can not find the install CD.

I went to the download page to download Photoshop Elements Pro 10 from Adobe, but when I attempt to extract the .7z files, I get an error message in 7Zip stating the archive is not valid.

I have both files on the same folder, and it does not install.

I have photoshop elements 12 and I can't get the pictures to set at 200 x 300 pixels. I get 200 x 301 or 200 x 274. I did uncheck the resampling blox but it makes no difference. What can I do to fix this?

Use the crop tool.
On the tool's option bar, type 300 px & 200 px, and the desired resolution.

I got the trial and photoshop elements worked great. Then I bought the license and its working aweful. I cant even use it. Soooooo disappointed.

And there is no one I can contact for help from adobe. I will never buy anything from them again.

I am not sure which region/country you are in Mustang1957 but I would recommend looking at http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-elements.html. The upgrade pricing is listed there. If you are in a different region from North America then you can adjust your region at the bottom of the page.

How did you try to install ACR 8.8. The only way I know of that works with Elements is to use the Updates Choice on the Help menu.
There are two charts supplied by Adobe that explain your RAW dilemma. In your case, the Nikon D810 needs Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 8.6 or Lightroom 5.6. (Congratulations on buying a new camera!)
To get to that level with Photoshop Elements, you will need to replace your Photoshop Elements 12 with version 13. Adobe caps ACR updates on version 12 at 8.5.
The most convenient way to get around it without spending any money is to use the FREE from Adobe DNG Converter. Download and install it from here for FREE: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=5855&fileID=5890 Once it is installed you can convert your D810 raw files to an Adobe RAW version with the .DNG file extension that most, if not all, versions of the various Adobe software programs can use. That includes old versions of Photoshop, Elements and Lightroom. DNG converter can be used as the tool to move your files from your memory card to your computer, is efficient, will convert in batches and is completely lossless. There is no risk of any image quality degradation or RAW functionality.

You should probably just download the trial version of pse 12 and see if you can live with it.

That being said, have you tried to install pse 1 on your computer?
How much free space is on your hard drive?
Do you have Internet Explorer 10 or 11?
Pse 1 can run on windows 7 x64, provided certain conditions are met.
