In this last few days, I got a message to reinstall whatsapp mesenger with a newest version. after trying few times, always fail. Anybody can assist????

make sure the application is not limited to, note the date settings are correct. download from your mobile phone browser http://m.whatsapp.com/download.
from my experience with set backward one year backward from the date settings you can try.

1- that message say : during download mountain lion from app stor the mountain lion did not download complitly
     There are missing documents. I did softwere update and get 2 new updates, then i reinstall the mountain lion agen.
    After all its worked so i Decided to follow the installation steps.
2- after installation complete it Request to do restart.
     I did restart to finsh up the installation i get a message in the start up Page

If you have iPhoto 9 or later Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.

1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments but not books, calendars or slideshows. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

was the same deal when I installed win8 before official support

I have a nokia 500. I'm trying to install DivX codec to play HD Video files. But when I install DivX player, I can't go to main menu. The main menu turns down.

please be more clear on the problems you are having? did you say that you restored your phone with the factory settings? then of course your games and images are gone, because restoring deletes all user files and 'restores' all the factory pre-installed applications and settings. to get your IM and email working again, i suggest that you contact your service provider to get them to send you/provide you with the settings to reenable these services.
and remember, always do a backup of your important phone data before restoring your phone settings.

I just downloaded Lion OS X...and when they ask me to choose the hard drive to install it...it shows my hard drivein the list... but I can not select it...and I can't go further...and it says that my iMac Hard Drive is used like a time machine...I only have two hard drives...the main hard drive in my iMac and a 500GB external to do time machine...I did a restart my iMac and also turn off the time machine...but still having the same problem...any ideas...says that I have 639.79GB total and 313.69GB Available...Im using a iMac 24" Intel Core Duo 2.93GHz with 4GB of RAM...Using the latest OS X software...

Your hard drive has a Backups.backupdb folder at the top level. Just delete it.
