I have problem login to you tube built in

I have problem login to youtube built in in ipad1 3.2 upgraded to 5.1.1, it simply do not get in rather in pc logged in without problems well? may install new you tube app not built in but stand alone or it can not done?

The stand-alone youTube App only requires iOS 5 so it should work on your iPad.
However, I think that you are going to have to find out why you cannot login to your youTube account since a different version of the app may make no difference with respect to that problem.

Whoa, I found the answer by clicking on one of the questions in the "More Like This" box to the right. I do wonder how to find that box before posting my dumb question. The answer turned out to be checking the youtube volume control. I turned that up and it solved the problem for Comast as well.

The laptop is new so there is no other software on it other than the pre-installed stuff operating on windows 7. In sound options all looks well and the device is said to be working properly. Even the sound test in device manager sometimes works and sometimes doesnt.

I run a MacBook Air through a 27" Thunderbolt monitor. I have excellent video and audio performance for every video except those on You Tube. On You Tube, I have no audio for any video. I have reinstalled the newest Flash Player and have audio with Adobe videos. I have no idea why I have no audio on You Tube. Any help would be appreciated.

One time on my mom's macbook pro that happened. Try restarting your laptop, sometimes the audio stops working. Also on my grandma's Ipad that happened and it worked after I restarted it.

you have to set it manually (mouse over the speaker icon and the volume slider will appear to the right). Google (who runs YouTube) has acknowledged a code error that is setting all of their pages to "mute" and until they fix it on their end, you'll have to set the volume yourself.

YouTube is no longer native in iOS. There are loads of posts on this, so the search bar can be your friend. There is a YouTube app in the App Store. Download it and you'll have YouTube.
You can NOT get rid of Passbook. It is a new Apple Native App and is built into the iOS. If you don't like it, you can put in a folder or on another page, but you can't delete anything Native.

I have problem login into my user account

i was using my macbook pro and it automatically logged off to the login window. since then i have been trying to log in but it seems to be login in and shows a flash blank screen and returns back to the login window. pls what is happening help me

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, or by a peripheral device.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled under OS X 10.7 or later, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode. Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Can I have more than one You Tube account logged in on AppleTV

We have more than one YouTube account and hate signing in and out between users.

It won't add them to the same group, it will create another group and you will be able to choose to view by a specific calendar(s) or all calendars. If you display all (or more than one) of your calendars (as I do in the image below), events are denoted by different colours.

YouTube might have changed the setting. Volume slider may be hidden.
Temporary fix:
Hover the mouse near the speaker icon and hold it to reveal the volume slider.
Increase the volume level.

Game apps have no sound but you tube and radio is fine

YouTube and Radio app is playing fine through speaker but games app like Plants and Zombies, Cat Toy, Infinity Plade, Angry Birds, KOI Ponds etc have no sound just today :(

Anyone Have An Idea When You Tube Is Coming Out On The Apple TV?

I was just curious if anyone had a clue when this feature would be available on the Apple TV?

Mid June is the official word. No-one in these forums knows more than that, sorry if it doesn't help, but it may put into a proper light any subsequent post that purports to know more than this.

For all you who have problems here is the fix for your phone.

Most of you on here don't understand that 3.x or if you have jailbreak your pass software and set it up from back up you are going to have problems. That can be from drop calls to not having the phone working right.
The 4.0 software has been rewritten completed for the new and old phones. So if you were on 3.x and update to 4.0 then you are bring in a bugs into 4.0. You have to set up as NEW PHONE not from back up. This clean your phone with a fresh software then you add your stuff from your computer. Then you have to go to general and go and reset your network settings. That reset your carrier account with the new 4.0. That because the new 4.0 is now looking to find the tower which has the less people on the tower not which tower is close to you. This way you get a better service and sound of it.
If you still have problems all of you with your iPhone 4 then it a hardware problem. You have to go to the Apple store and replace the phone. Apple will be happy to replace the phone. If not you have 30 days to get your full refund from Apple.
That is it. Nothing hard about it. It's a software problem of a hardware problem. BTW my new iPhone 4 is much better in sound and not having any drop calls than my old 3GS. If you have problems with drop calls is because you are in area which has a week tower which is so busy and can't keep up with the system. That a ATT problem which ATT is working hard to fix it but it can't get the equipment from their supplies fast enough to fix the problem with the network.

I know this sounds like a bit of Voodoo, but it's worth a try. If you've upgraded to the new iPhone 4 and have restored your old software, you may see what appears to be a signal drop-off. Let's stay away from the whole iPhone 4 "death grip" controversy; that aside, no matter what you do, you're not seeing as many bars or getting reception that's as good as what you had with your older iPhone.

How do you stop relevant videos from you tube appearing on website?

I have been using You Tube videos for some time in iWeb produced websites without problem Now related You Tube videos are appearing after the selected video has been played. This is not good and related videos can be totally irrelevant and totally in contrast to the website itself. I have left the Show related videos unchecked when entering the URL. I have found some suggestions advising to add either ?rel=0 or &rel=0 at the end of the URL but this makes the URL unrecognisable. What can be done?

iWeb has no control over youtube.
If youtube changes what they offer, then that's that.
Go to youtube, find your video, grab the embed code and paste it in a html snippet.
It's the same code the youtube widget in iWeb creates. Even the ?rel=0 is there.
