I need to solve ??? PlusDo you mean that pink folder w/ the controller icon on it? I lost that too on my N8. Actually, lost all of the folders that came with Anna like Applications & Music. Wish I could get them back as now I can only make the generic yellow folder which isn't as aesthetically appeasing.
However, reading articles on Belle there was a picture of a Belle N8 with the games folder shortcut on the homescreen - so maybe it still exists & I just cannot find it.

Music does not sync properly when updated to latest version. Can see on computer but can't play from ipod.

I was having the same problem where only 1.7GB of 10GB of selected music would sync so I decided to start fresh. The following steps worked for me:
1. Open itunes and connect iphone 5 if not already. Uncheck all playlists, artists, etc. till nothing is checked to sync. Then uncheck the sync music box so that all music will be removed from the phone. Sync iphone
2. Eject device. Quit itunes (don't just close). unplug iphone.
3. Restart imac, macbook, or PC.
4. Restart iphone.
5. Now after power up, restart itunes then plug in iphone, check sync music and select music to sync. Sync iphone
6. It worked for me!!! Good luck. -

I can't get the latest version of iTunes 12.0.1 for Windows (64-bit) to work on my laptop. It says it has successfully downloaded and installed, but when I try to connect my new iPhone 6 to iTunes i get an error message 'need to install new software' but i thought i had! Please help me as i have had to connect my phone to someone else's mac and therefor don't have my music etc on my phone HELP! I have had IT support at work trying to figure it out and no one can!

What the heck does this mean???Trying to install Photoshop Elements 11 on Mac OS 10.6.8 with Quicktime 7 also installed. Machine is 21.5" iMac 3.06GHz Core 2 Duo. It was on there before. Had a problem and threw it out to reinstall. Any attempt at reinstall gets same error. Even downloaded the installer from Adobe's site and get same error.
