Anyone have problems with apple ID's? I have the correct ID in my settings but when I try to update my apps my ID shows my first name and last name but not my ID? I'm not sure what else to do because I've made sure I have the correct ID in my settings! Anyone else have this issue?
I think its meant to show your name, not your ID.

Iphone 4 music shuffle cannot be turned off. The shuffle is turned off on top of the page, shuffle on individual songs is turned off and the settings "shake to shuffle" is turned off also, but the songs keep shuffling in my album. Please Help.

The weird thing is that after I click shuffle when the random number appears, I click it to turn it off and then I click it on again and it works fine. Is this a glitch or a bug or am I doing something wrong? How do I fix this?

I'm trying to stack a new airport express to my airport exteme to extend the range to the other side of my house on the utility it recognizes it as part of the network but the express still flashes amber. what to do please help
Open AirPort Utility and click on the amber dot next next to the AirPort Express.
If you see an Update button click it.
Otherwise look at the information next to Status and click again on the smaller amber dot there. A window will open to explain why the AirPort Express is not happy along with some suggestions to remedy the "issue". -

I have tried everything I can think of and that has been suggested in your knowledge base but FF will not open. I have downgraded to an earlier version but that didn't help so I've uninstalled everything and have done a clean reinstall of 7.0.1. I've rebooted at each step.
However when I tried to bring my bookmarks into Chrome (so I could keep working) it said FF was open. Same thing when I went to uninstall it. Task Manager does not show it running. Chrome is working so it's not my internet connection.
I have not installed any new software or hardware recently although I did upgrade Roboform to the latest version. This was the reason to update FF as the RF addon wasn't compatible with the version of FF I was using.
I've scanned for viruses and the machine is clean.
I am on a PC running Windows 7 Home Premium. At the moment I am working off my old laptop but I need FF working on my main machine.
Any help greatly appreciated.

KathyThanks for this mha007 - I can now open FF with a new profile. Can I copy my settings from the old profile or will this bring over the same problem, maybe a corrupt file. If it would bring the same problem, is there any way I can check which file is corrupt, apart from taking them over one by one?
