Can you share what feature of FN yu are trying to Use.
Where or what are the instances you are getting the error
"This program does not support this system"
Please provide other info about what youre experiencing.
The Lenovo Power Management software Allows the FN Keys to connect with the Function it should do like
FN+F1 should toggle Mute.
Also G510 is Equipped with a hot key function which Just by pressing F1 mutes the system and the Normal F1 which is HELP is trggered by Fn+F1
This can be switched by Going into BIOS and switching and looking for Hotkey Model or Hot key Switch and toggling that.
If the Hotkey is not present a BIOS Update may be required.

You must have a Mac. Try this.
Quit Bridge, from user library (NOT system and root library) preferences folder find and delete the com.adobe.bridge5.plist file manual. Do this also in same user library caches folder (Caches/Adobe/Bridge CS6) and inhere find and the folder called 'cache' and drag it to the trash.
restart Bridge holding down option key and choose reset preferences, then try again.

Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget.

If Join was on then your home wi-fi must be set to Non-Broadcast. If you did not set this up (maybe your provider did) then you will need to find the Network Name they used, and any password they used. The SSID is Security Set ID and to see more try http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSID . Basically it is the name used to identify your router/network. A lot of times the installer will leave it set as LinkSys, or Broadcom or whatever the manufacturer set it as for default. Your best bet is to get whoever installed it to walk you through how they set it up, giving you id's and passwords so you can get in. HOWEVER, if you are not comfortable with this (if you set security wrong, etc.) you would be well ahead of the game to hire a local computer tech (networking) to get this working for you. You can also contact the vendor of your router and get help (if it is still in warranty), or at least get copies of the manuals as pdf files. Sorry I can't give you more help, I hope this gives you an idea where to go from here to find more.

Two possibilities, one is you should close apps on the iPad, the other is your internet speed is not able to handle the demands of a high speed device.
To close apps: Double click home button, swipe up to close the apps.
To solve internet problem, contact your provider. Basic internet is not enough for video games and movies. Your router may be old and slow.

Purchasing more Storage on iCloud will not increase the Storage Capacity of your iDevice.
You need to Delete Content from your iDevice...
Goto... Settings > General > Usage > Storage = Then Delete Content...
