Many callers have complained for being out of contact.

Same thing happened to me with my peruvian credit card in the peruvian app store, I want to buy an app, but it says that my credit card is "not supported in the Peruvian app store"

  • Problem beim Musik kaufen...Problem with buying music

    Hi
Produkthinweis: Ich besitze einen iPod touch mit 32 GB, den ich mir am 28.01.2012 gekauft habe. Es ist also ein iPod touch der 4. Generation.
Product information: I have an iPd touch with 32 Gb, which I have bought at the 28/01/2012. So it's an iPod of the 4th generation.
Yesterday, I bought a card, which load up money on my iTunes Store. I started with buying music at the iTunes store with my iPod. But it wasn't possible, because I had to verify myself and I haved to answer these questions of security, because I alleged to buy the first  time in the iTunes Store... But that isn't true. I buy all my music with my iPod in the iTunes-Store!!!
I can buy normally music in the iTunes Store with my laptop.
Have someone an advice for me?! Thanking you in anticipation

You need to do as the message says since iTunes is verifying that your are yourself on the different device and that somebody else is not using your ID on the iPod.
    To reset the security question:
Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions
    Next try contacting iTunes

  • Upgrade problems with shared music and airport

I recently upgraded my itunes to v 6.0.3 and now I can no longer see shared music on my network (although people can see my music). I also can't see the option to connect to remote speakers through the airport. I have tried the obvious stuff (e.g. reinstalling, restarting, checking and unchecking shared music and airport preferences) but have had no luck. Any suggestions? This is beginning to drive me nuts...

  • Problem with Syncing Music and Video

I have 2 Iphones. When I try to sync them, I get the following error message "The Iphone "..." cannot be synced. The required disc cannot be found." If I hit sync again, it says either the same thing or sometimes it says "Iphone is not connected".
After about 16 hours of trying to get music/video on the Iphone, I now have about 23 songs.
I am just trying to put 1 movie from Itunes on the Ipod and it won't sync it. It also will not sync all of my purchased music.
Everything syncs fine on my Ipod. I tried setting up a different library for the Iphone and that didn't work either. Same result.

    Welcome to the forums.
As Allan noted, it's important to be using USB 2.0 and it's possible your machine at home doesn't have this. Check it out via the manual or support site to make sure your home machine meets the specifications.
Assuming for a moment it does, then what you can try is to turn off automatic sync (without the iPhone attached, go to the iPhone tab in iTunes and tell it not to look for an iPhone when attached). Then attach the phone and turn off all syncing except for your music. Make sure you sync via a playlist, and select a playlist that has a few hundred songs (or create one). See if that will transfer properly. If so, it may be the syncing of other items that is causing this problem.

  • ITunes: problems with buying music

when i want to buy a song, the iTunes could not download it because i do not have write access to media folder. How do i fix this? It tells me to change my permissions in the finder, but when i check, i did everything i could find.

From the Finder - select the iTunes Music Folder - Get Info - at the bottom of the Get... window is a icon of a lock - select the lock, enter your admin password to open the lock. Give you self 'read and write' privileges'  - there is also an icon of a gear - select the icon and 'apply to all enclosed ....'
You should now have read and write privileges to the folder and able to add tunes.

  • HT203164 Problems with "cloud" music and burning CDs

I  moved my iTunes library to a new computer & now the majority of songs will not burn to CD.  It says they are stored in the cloud & cannot be burned from there. There is a cloud next to songs in my music list. I did not subscibe to Match or Cloud and yet I am prevented from burning CDs as I have in the past.  Seems like every time I download an updated iTunes, it is more complicated and cofusing than the last.  Apple custermer service is no help, as you cannot contact them via email and then only if you have a valid serial number for a product.
How do I burn CDs from the new iTunes that has Cloud blocking it.

    Where is your back up?
Your question is asked and answered everyday. Do a forum search.
Zevoneer has a very good explanation.

  • Problems with adding music and videos from a different computer?

I have a 30gig video and it doesnt let me add anything from a computer that my itunes library isnt connected with.
When i try 2 add something it says ill have to switch to this computers media library and it will delete whats on the ipod. I only want to add a few songs and videos and it without deleteing everything
      Windows XP

After you set the iPod to manually update, connect it to the second computer. If that message still appears, click "No" on it. Then, select a song in the iTunes library that you want on your iPod and simply click and drag it to your iPod. The top of iTunes will say "updating iPod" if the song was successfully dragged to the iPod.
See this article for more information on updating videos:
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=302509
The article is much more detailed than what I could ever hope to go into... and it does address manually updating audio files, and using the iPod on an iTunes library that it is not linked to.
    Hope this helps you out

    device on order  droid incrediable
now they are playing  games with delivery time    and they charged my credit card
this  is not  legal  because of the fair  credit  act
How  can they get by with this
I hope some people read this  BEFORE  they give the credit card number !!!
    Don
Not its not legal as per guidelines set forth in the Fair Credit Billing Act set into motion by the FTC. While they can reserve the funds they cannot actually bill it until the the merchandise is shipped. A report to your credit card company should be able to resolve this matter.

Did you read the entire article? I did and I got a completely different take on what the FTC was trying to say. My understanding of the article is that the company can charge your card as soon as a delivery date is given. The company also has the abiity to inform you of any delays in receiving the equipment. It is up to you to accept the delay (i.e. not saying anything) or cancel the order for a full refund. Why would there be a refund if the company had never charged you to begin with, there wouldn't be a refund. What the article IS saying is that you have a legal recourse should you NEVER receive the merchandise or are not notified of any delays. Review chapter 4, section 161, paragraph 3 of the actual act.

Firstly, I purchased my first iPhone a few years ago, since then there have been a lot of apps released, a lot which I downloaded for free, tried and deleted from both my phone and my iTune 'Apps' Panel. What bothers me is when I do get a new iOS device, iPad and/or iPhone 5, and I don't want to just copy the back-up of my current iOS device to the new one, then to get the apps I want I will have to scroll through countless useless 'trash' applications in my purchase history to 'cloud download' the ones I want.
Just sync the apps you want from your computer. You don't need to redownload them directly on the iPhone Purchased list.
Will Apple be employing such a feature, a 'permanently delete/un-purchase' feature?
    Dunno.

i had a problem with my iphone and had to restore and now i have lost all music from itunes any way to get it back ?

It should ne in itunes on your computer and included in your regular backup of your computer.
If for some reason you have failed to backup your music, then - in the U.S only - you can get previous itunes purchases from the beta version of icloud.  Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.
