I have problems with installing my Creative Cloud on my new mac.

Hi! I have problems with my Creative Cloud account, because I've got my old mac computer stolen, and now I want to install my Creative Cloud on my new mac computer, but i can't manage to do it. I already have an account and I still pay every month, but I have no Adobe programs. Help me please! - Emil

    Try downloading another app - any free app is fine. See if that resets the other apps and allows them to work again.

    What error message is it exactly?
    Make sure that the chipset driver and SP2 is installed at least.
    I had a similar issue that I cant install the display driver. The error message was something like the hardware is not supported
    But it was very easy to solve this problem. I installed the driver via device manager. I have selected the graphic card and choose update driver. Then I did choose the advanced installation to choose the directory by myself.
    Anyway, after restart the driver was installed and it worked. :)

  • Problem with login on creative cloud app for windows.

    Hi everyone.
    Since yesterday I am having problems logging in at Creative Cloud on my windows desktop. I insert the user + password and after a few seconds i receive a message that I just logged off, without event logging in first.
    Here is a screenshot.
    Translating from portuguese, it says:
    "you logged off"
    "Login to continue"
    In other words: I am unable to login, and I receive this weird messe like i had just logged off.

  • I have a unique problem with Typekit and Creative Cloud

    I've had CC membership for a few months now and have downloaded it onto first a laptop then a desktop. I'm having trouble on the desktop. When I try to access and download typekit fonts through an application or creative cloud, I'm getting a message come up saying "internet explorer has stopped working" and the typekit website does not open properly. I'm therefore unable to access or browse for fonts. The typekit website does not respond and a message comes up saying so. Using windows 8 I can access internet explorer through the Apps page, and browse fonts that way, but it is frustrating and inconvenient not being able to go direct to the website through an adobe application or through creative cloud. Anyone ideas why? Appreciate any help, thanks.

    Well I downloaded google chrome to my PC which is what I use on my laptop, and it seems to be working. Not sure why Internet explorer wasn't working but so far google chrome is.

    if you follow all 7 steps, you can download those trials via two of the links on this page using a browser that accepts cookies:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html
    and activate with your adobe id.
    if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.

  • Problems with ACC (adobe Creative Cloud desktop)

    Dear All,
    I got problems with Adobe Creative Cliud Desktop. I unistall it but a warning indicates me there were some errors not specified). However I download again the installer of ACC and then double click. It runs immediately, immediately the warning about an update. If I click "yes" for update the application seems to update but then it close (even the service). If I say no, the application close immediately! If I try to cancel the folder ACC in programs X86 - adobe, the installer does not run.
    Please help!

  • I am having the following problems with CS6 *NOT CREATIVE CLOUD*

    So I purchased an upgrade for CS5 to CS6 and I did NOT purchase the Creative Cloud Option. I am having this host of problems:
    • Illustrator CS6 Crashes on Quit
    • Once launched Illustrator CS6 refuses to open new and existing documents unless I quit and restart.
    • Once Illustrator CS6 is launched and managed to open an new document, Illustrator CS6 refuses to import a link into a new or existing document unless I quit and restart.
    • From time to time, Illustrator CS6 will refuse to copy and paste from one document to another or within the same document until I quit and restart.
    • Illustrator CS6 ignores all my UI preferences. This happens every time I restart. This never happened with CS5 when I was running it and I am seriously considering going back to CS5
    Has anyone else experienced these problems as well?
    I am running my CS6 on OS X 10.9.5, 2.6Ghz Intel Core i7 with 16gb 1600 MHz DDR3 MacBook Pro.
    Please help.. there are only so many crash reports I am willing to fill out and send to no one because I get no response.

    Sounds like permission problems to me. Go to HD/Users/<yourname>/Library/Application Support/Adobe Illustrator CS6 and do a Get Info on that folder. Make sure that the permissions are set for Read/Write for you.

    The five free hosting BC sites is only with the full CC Membership. If you are only paying for the Photoshop Subscription (or any single app) it does not include the hosting.

    Skype does not play nice with normal user accounts.  It does not request System Administrator privileges when it is supposed to.  So you need to have System Administrator privileges turned on in your account to install Skype updates. 
    You can disable the annoying frequent Skype updates with Skype > Preferences > General > uncheck Always lee Skype up to date.
    Then, if needed, you can check manually for updates: Skype > Check for updates…
    I am running a version of Skype several versions out of date (Version 6.6.0.467) because of the bugs they introduced since then that they have not fixed.  I have reported the bugs.
    My experiences is each release introduces more bugs than it fixes and breaks user interfaces.  For example, in 6.6.0.467 I can type a name in the Search box and then next to each name that matches there will be an option to pull down to select one of the contact's several phone numbers.  Post this release they broke this interface and now you can only select the first number in the list.  Big broken interface!  I reported this bug several releases ago.
    I also see a bug when I create, update, or delete records in Contacts, these changes are propagated to Skype sometimes, but not always.  This bug has persisted for many updates after I reported it.
    So, personally, I suggest you turn off automatic updates and don't worry about updating Skype unless you have a problem to fix and even then don't expect the bugs to be fixed.
