I have purchased a book through ibook, but won't let me download it onto iphone6

The cloud shows in the corner, and when I click it nothing happens. The book will not download.

Take a look at the article linked below, it describes a few reasons why you may be running into the issue downloading the book with the cloud icon in iBooks.

Note: Whether you set iBooks Sync Collections to ON or OFF, if you delete a book that you didn't purchase from the iBooks Store, the book can't be downloaded again from either your Purchased Books collection or by using the cloud icon. You might not be able to download previous purchases from the iBooks Store for a variety of reasons (including if your purchase was refunded).

What do you mean by "it won't let me," exactly? What happens when you try? Any error messages? How much free space do you have on the device?

Are you getting Trial Expired error message while launching CC apps like Photoshop , Illustrator.,...etc?
Or you are getting Trial Expired message under Apps menu in Creative Cloud ?

I purchased a book through iBooks and it turns out it wasn't the audiobook, which is what I needed. Is there anyway I can get the $12 or so about put back into my account since I am having to also buy an audiobook?

Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that book, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).

How long ago did you purchase it?
Did you purchase it on another computer?

Brought album on preorder, Itunes saying I have purchased it, but won't let me download or buy again!

I preordered AM by the Arctic Monkeys, it was released on the 9th September. It still has not downloaded or gives me any options to download or even rebuy it. I had to change my card details which may have stopped the transation, this has now been sorted but it is still in the same 'purchased' stage and won't let me do anything. I can only listen to the preview of each song.

That is true. you purchase one download only of music/vids/etc.
You can redownload apps only.
Did you update without making sure that you had transferred all purchases from the ipod to itunes? not good.
From the itunes store terms of service:
"PRODUCTS CAN BE DOWNLOADED ONLY ONCE; AFTER BEING DOWNLOADED, THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST FOR ANY REASON. YOU SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR OWN SYSTEM, INCLUDING ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED OR RENTED FROM THE ITUNES STORE THAT ARE STORED IN YOUR SYSTEM."
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception. They are under no obligation to allow.

What do I do when you have purchased a song from itunes but doesn't let you play it

I got a song from itunes but when I play it it says that I have to authorize on my computer and then it gives me a message that my computer is already authorized but won't play the song.

1. Go to expresslane.apple.com
2. select 'itunes' and then 'itunes store' on the right
3. select a topic and a subject
4. click 'continue' and then 'email'
5. fill out the form and explain your situation
6. they will respond within 24 hours usually

I pre purchased a book from I books. I cannot open it to read. It is available to read on amazon and is published. It say paused in my library. When I try to open it says go to purchases and download. When I go to store to purchase it says already purchased.
