I have purchased Adobe Pro and it won't let me use it.

This method of providing support is worthless and a complete waste of time.

Just to be fair, I tried the Chat Function once more with Adobe when the system just now would not even let me use the free Adobe reader because the expired trial version shut me down from simply being able to read an emailed pdf file. This is what I get, the same message over and over, every 2-3 minutes.
