I have purchased an Ambient Content movie. It successfully downloaded to my Itunes library. It did a sync with my Apple TV. whn I try to play the movie, I get a message that states, Your Apple TV is not aurthorized to play this content.

It sounds like you haven't yet setup iCloud with that account and you need to do that on a Mac or iOS device. Once setup, you can enable iCloud on a PC, but it needs to be setup first.

Yes your MBA is up to date as far as Lion is concerned... But Keynote requires you Upgrade to Mavericks

Make sure the place you are downloading the zip file isn't using a password protected zip file.
What operating system are you using?
Have you installed any decompresison software, or are you using the system built-in software?
Where are you downloading the application from?
Is your data backed up?

I am trying to purchase a printable gift certificate from iTunes, and I keep getting an error message that says, "Your Apple ID is not eligible to purchase gift certificates." You can purchase gift cards from retail locations. I can't do this because I live overseas. I've tried deleting and re-adding my credit card information, and I've submitted a support ticket to ask for help. I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....

• External hard disk
• USB-memory
And all are connected so that iMovie can find it ?

Apple Logo, left hand side of the menu bar, About this Mac. It should be right there. If not then More Info, Sys Info.
But it would seem you don't have 2GBs installed and more then likely both RAM slots are already filed. So you just need to buy more RAM in a pair. That could be 2 1GBs chips or if your Mac can have more then that then 2 2 GB chips or 2 4GB chips.
Get your model # and go to Crucial.com and use their memory search to find out how much your Mac can have installed and the price for it. I suggest you install as much as it can take. Cost is very low on RAM these days.

It could be a problem at the other end, try again tomorrow. Also , try resetting your iPad by holding down the home and sleep/wake button till the Apple logo appears and then let it wake up, maybe that may help.
