I have purchased and began to download music several times. While i is downloading iTunes quits and when I come back to iTunes my account has been charged and my songs have not been downloaded? How do I get my songs?

You must get 10.6 if they still have it, install it & update to 10.6.8 so you have the App Store to buy & download the huge 10.8 Installer.(10.9/Mavericks is the only download avaiable now without specially calling Apple).

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? You don't use your Apple ID or its password to install anything on your Mac. You use the admin account's name and password.
Use the name and password you last entered when resetting them. The "name" you use is not the short name of the admin account folder.
For example. If you create an admin account of John Smith, the short name given to that account's folder will be johnsmith. So when an app requests an admin name and password to install something, the admin name you enter is John Smith, not johnsmith.

How do you "accidentaly" upgrade to iOS 5? Are you a registered developer? As I understand, Apple has told developers that they do NOT support downgrading from the Beta. You'll have to go over to the developers forums and see if someone there can help you.

If you mean the built-in Maps app, you can't delete it. Search all your screens and inside all your folders. You can also use Spotlight search on your phone to locate it and if it's inside a folder, the name of the folder will show to the right of the Maps icon. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so.

When you say that your form was destroyed does this mean you no longer see your form in the myforms tab or that the data submitted to the form is missing. If it is missing submissions are they all gone or just some. Any additional information about your for and your submissions would be helpful in figuring out what has happened.

If you do not remember your old id's password, go to iforgot.apple.com and see if you can remember or reinstate it. Without it you cannot reactivate your iPhone.
