I have purchased Iphone4 from US and am in India now but i'm facing some hardware problems please suggest what to do
I was trying customer care in India but they are saying i have to return this product to USA but no courrir company carries electronic products to us.
What should you do:
Enjoy the paper weight.
Find a local repair facility and pay for the repairs yourself.
As Carl stated, warrarnty is ONLY valid in the country in which the device was originally sold by Apple or an Authorized retailer. This has been the case since the original iPhone was released in 2007.

How is Safari behaving that makes you say that Safari is not working? The lock status of the phone won't affect Safari, except that if the phone is locked and you aren't using the carrier (and SIM provided by the carrier) to which it is locked, then you can't use the phone or 3G service, only Wi-Fi.
The iPhone should not appear as a drive on your computer, so there's no error there. -

ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Most have restrictions in that you must be a current customer and have maintained service for a minimum period of time. Do yourself a favor, sell it and purchase a phone in India instead.

No, the warranty is not international and so will not be valid in India. You will have to take the iPhone back to Kuwait or send it to someone you know there who could take or send it for service and then ship it back to you. If you cannot do that, you will have to find an unauthorized repair shop in India and pay them to repair your iPhone, something which will void all future support from Apple.

Find a local repair place to have the screen replaced. Warranty does not cover user damage, which is exactly what a broken screen is.

I have purchased many songs on Itunes and then I sync to my Ipad. Then it tells me so many songs cannot be synced. Why? I also attach my connection and it is now saying this iphone is not connected when it is an Ipad connected to my MacBook Air. I also think that when you have an account with Apple they should honour your email to all your music and not just your laptop as I now have to use my old laptop which is about to die so what happens then.

As stated ONLY the carrier can unlock it. AT&T now offers unlocking, however, from everything that's available so far, you must be an AT&T customer and have either completed your contract, paid the early termination fee, or purchased a no-commitment phone. If you are not an AT&T customer, it's unlikely they will unlock it for you.

I need to reinstall CS5 Design Standard on a new computer. I have uninstalled it on old computer, but now realize I am missing a disk. I have tried multiple avenues to track down the link for reinstalling this software, but have had no luck. Please provide a link where I can download software that I have already purchased on a disc. I have all of my serial numbers, and I can see the purchases in my account. But I can't find the download link. the one I was provided was not correct. Thanks for the help.

Ran into that once before and the solution was to change the wi-fi router password to at least 8 characters, then your Join button should work.
