If you bought a new iPhone, it is covered under warranty. There's nothing to get, it simply is covered.

Can't download apps, iTunes is kicking back my credit card info!!!

When trying to install new apps on my
iPad 2 with my existing credit card info i get the error message that my CVV number is incorrect and to contact ITunes!! I have done that twice and they could not fix the issue plus I contacted my bank and there is nothing they can do either. I am really getting frustrated, I have only had my iPad since Nov 6th. iTunes told me there was a purchase made with my credit card when it was out of funds and that is why it is kicking back my credit card info?? Any one can help me, would restoring my IPad help any!!!

They are free to iOS 7 users who have activated their NEW device on Sept 1 2013 or after. They are NOT automatically free with iOS 7.
AirDrop is only compatible with iPad 4th gen and iPad mini. iPad 3rd gen and below do contain the necessary hardware for AirDrop. Also, AirDrop is only compatible between iOS devices. You cannot AirDrop between iOS device and Mac OS.

This has happened to me in the past a couple of times. I can't say i have a definitive answer for you, but i believe it is a problem with the iTunes servers. I would recommend shutting off all devices connected to the account to be sure you are completely disconnected, then turn one on, connect, and try again. That worked for me last time i had the problem. The first time i just gave it a day and it was taken care of.

In the meantime, you can download the trial version of Lightroom 5.6 and install it. You will be able to use it for 30 days. Then, when the serial number arrives, you can activate the trial version with that serial number without having to reinstall anything. And you will have full use of Lightroom during that 30 day trial. However, this assumes that you haven't been using the trial version up until now. If you have already used up your 30 day trial, then you will just have to wait for the serial number.
I'm quite surprised that it is taking so long to receive the number. When I activated my academic version I received the serial number within about 5 min.

There is no none option for payment method, even if I buy a free app.
I have no credit card.

What I can see here is that you have 2 options -
You can use your Apple ID to create your account, but you must enter a credit card.
***Once you have successfully created the account with a credit card, you can simply remove the card from your account.
Or you can create an iTunes Store account with a free application. However, you cannot use this Apple ID. You must start the process from the beginning with a different email address. This article shows you how:
