Have you checked whether the songs are in your iTunes library? If they are, then just drag them to your purchased playlist. If they aren't, try checking for available downloads.
If none of the previous work, then get in contact directly with iTunes store support to tell them about your problem.

Have you tried pulling the batteries out of the damaged ones so that they are completely off; then shutdown your Mac Mini via the power button on the back right. Turn on your new keyboard and trackpad then power your Mini back up? The auto detection should find your new keyboard and trackpad.

Sorry, I can't tell what it is you're trying to ask. What does the warranty have to do with your intention to return the iPad (to whomever) and get another one?
There's no way to deactivate a warranty.
The warranty transfers with the machine, has nothing to do with the owner.
Look around in the Support pages, you can figure out a way to type in your serial number and see what your current warranty status is.

okay from reading posts it seems if I transfer my backed up info from my old comp to the new one and erase my dad's phone's back up i could reset my phone and it would transfer all my old data back onto the phone, be linked to the new computer and i could proceed. After download when I want change my payment method again to none, it says “enter a new VISA CARD to clear outstanding. I am entering my VISA DEBIT card no. but it says again to enter new card no.
When I check my Debit card statement there no payment made to apple, but apps downloaded on my iphone.
And when open itunes and want download more apps it say to enter CARD no.

You can use a paper clip instead of the PIn that came with the iPad.
