I have set up a repair request online, and received an email confirming it had been accepted and that I will be sent another email telling me what to do next, I have not received this email. How long should I expect to wait before I receive this?

I would like to know why ASC removed my comments and pleads saying they were rantings? Maybe so, but if you received more than 100 emails a day, you would too! I have done all the right things to not receive these emails but to no avail.Can someone help?

For months now I have been puting up with receiving emails generated from Apple Support Communities - sometimes more than 100 a day. Needless to say I am angry. I have done everything I have been told to do so as not to receive them BUT they still keep on coming all day and all night. It is messing up my sytem and taking too much time out of my busy day. When I responded to another person's same problem, I immediately received an email from Apple Support Communities telling me that they have removed my responses from Apple Support Communities! This, after only one day, when I have been writing and requesting help to have these emails stop from cloging up my email! Of course I am upset and now even more.

Can send but not receive comcast emails with Verizon MIFI jetpack

I am unable to receive comcast email using outlook 2007 using my new Verizon MIFI4620L Jetpack. When I disconnect from the Jetpack, I am able to receive emails using my neighbor's wireless router. I am able to send email using the MIFI Jetpack. When I test email settings, I am able to connect to comcast and send a test email. I am able to receive the test email from Microsoft. I am able to access email using the internet at comcast.net and I am able to use web browsers using the Mifi device. My other laptop is able to receive and send emails using the MIFI device. I currently have uninstalled Norton Internet Security and disabled windows firewall on the problematic computer in an attempt to resolve this.
Any ideas?

I promise i have looked through the other answers on here but not tell me precisely what to do.
1. Went to Yahoo and activated POP & Forwarding
2. Double checked Incoming and Outgoing servers i.e. pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk SSL Port 995 and smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk etc
I can SEND email but when i try to retrieve "Unable to creat Secure Login. Mail server may not support secure login" appears...
What to do?

Correct password not accepted, requested password reset but not receiving reset emails

I am signed into the OLD Firefox sync with my correct password and username. I want to update to the new sync because I've got a new PC that i need to sync to and the old syn won't accept adding new units anymore. However, when I try to log in to update Firefox, it tells me that my password is wrong, which I know it isn't. I read that passwords set before 2012 may not be accepted, so I asked to have my password reset and Mozilla is supposed to send me a reset email. I've asked for the reset email multiple times, but they're never sent one (not in spam folder, I checked). Other have had this same problem, how can it be resolved? No way to email Mozilla support for help (grrr)

iDevices are not and have never been backup devices.
Authorizing a computer does not cause media to magically appear.
Media is only where the user puts it.
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.

I tried signing up to be able to post iBooks and went through the process up until I was supposed to be sent an email for confirmation. NEVER RECEIVED IT and run into a wall trying to continue.

If you want to sell books, did you open a separate account, complete the contracts and banking requirements and get an EIN number from the US tax office?
If you did not, you do not have a "paid" books account...... if you did and your EIN was obtaned less than 3 weeks ago... Apple may not yet have had access to the reords to confirm it.
Also, when iBoosk Author arrived in 2012, Apple allowed a standard Apple iTunes account to create a free book account, I think now they also require a new and separate account.

Nobody on these boards can. If you can't get into that email address, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. As of 1:00pm Thursday, 3/1/12, I am no longer receiving any email, nor can I send anything out from my account. I am OS4.1.1, hoping to upgrade next week to Leopard (because my mac is not Intel-based), but in the meantime, it's non-functional.

Is anyone else having problems with the email? I am not receiving any emails, nor can I send anything out. Spent 30 minutes on online chat last night with someone most unhelpful, only to be told that the reason I'm not receiving anything is because my email is being forwarded to another address. I set my preferences to do that several years ago when this mac.com/me.com server began having so many issues, to ensure I was receiving email so I could check from my other address. The only comment I got was well, we no longer support 10.4.1 so there isn't anything we can do to help you. The status update says 33% of their customers are unable to migrate. So I'm pretty sure I'm not alone and that is a pretty large base of customers to no longer provide support to. Is anyone else who has not migrated to iCloud experiencing these email problems? Currently my iDisk works to transfer my larger files, but my email does not.

Both of yall need to go to settings, meassages, send and recieve, scroll down to start new conversation from, and make sure you have different email addresses with a check mark beside it. Right now sounds like they are the same email addresses.
