I have purchased itunes and when im register my ipod its telling me to contact itunes support?

I think I have the same problem, it is asking me to put in my security question answers.but I forgot the answers so it tells me to contact support .i would go to an apple store.

Correct. it does not magially appear in other places. It will only be where you put it.

Correct as well. Iphone will sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content.
You need to copy everything ( itunes library/contacts/pics/calendars/files/docs) from the old computer, or your backup copy of the old one, to the new one.

I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

Just to confirm, you mean an iTunes card, not an Apple Store gift card, yes? They're two completely different things and not interchangeable.
Presuming you do indeed mean an iTunes card, are you certain your iPod is connected to the same iTunes Store account in which you redeemed the card?

I recently changed my email address and want to change my Apple ID account to match.
