I bought a computer from QVC and it came with some software that I tried to download. I tried 2 times and it didn't work so I tried a 3rd time and got the following mesage"you have reached the maximum nuber of downlods attempts please contact a admin for further help" or something to that effect please help me

There is no such thing as maximum number of download attempts unless you are talking about maximum # of times trying to enter the password.

I'll add that this can happen when snapshotting is used as a backup method. You can set max endpoints to 32 and still see the issue. Please ensure that you're backing up using the supported PowerShell commands: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh202170.aspx
and not just a snapshot of the VM. If raising max endpoints does not resolve the issue, try backing up with the management shell commands within a recurring scheduled task or try http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Backup-script-for-Lync-2013-aacbb9b9
. Then disable the snapshot ting for your front ends, bounce them one at a time, and ensure the data exports you've made are backed up as flat files.

When publishing a new site from Muse I got the following message:

I have only 17 active sites, 5 of them are launched live. All the other 83 of 100 websites limit I have already deleted in Business Catalyst and their status is shown as inactive, there is no way for me to get back to managing these 83 thus it kind of suggests that they are deleted. I need to create new sites under new names quite often to demonstrate work in progress or various options of design for the same website and I don't have any intention to use any of the 83 sites anymore. With the current error I can't work and I can't find a way to completely remove all 83 inactive sites inside Business Catalyst or Creative Cloud (I tried and searched and still nothing). So it's a huge problem for me.
Now, how can I solve this issue?

Can you open up a support ticket so that a support engineer can look at this problem? Based on this short description you should not have any problems creating new temporary sites (not live sites).

De-authorize all computers button does not appear until you actually have 5 authorized and you can only do this once a year.

Each device can only create three free iCloud accounts. Once these are created, you cannot create another account on that device. Did anything happen to prior to your phone acting this way? It sounds like your screen is dead, but it is hard to say without knowing what what the cause.
1) was this a gradual problem? Did the phone screen start dimming a couple months ago and now has degraded or after some event (known or unknown to you), the phone started behaving this way.
2) Can you give more specifics on the problem? You said you have a black screen, but also you can see what you're doing on screen. Is the screen just really dim? Is the screen completely black? Does anything else besides attempting to reset the device cause it to flash white?

Please let me know what exactly are you trying to do using Adobe online service.
You might try accessing the same service for some other PDFs and check.
Have you signed up correctly at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials.
If the same message pops up, then please visit Contact Customer Care as they could let you know if there is any problem with your account.

You will need to restore the iPad using Recovery Mode. Since you are using a computer that you have never synced with in the past, you will have to erase the device and will lose all content. You will be able to download your purchased content as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought the content with in the first place - as long as the content is still available and the downloading of past purchases is available in your country.

If you got it from http://clea.nr/install/ then if it's not shown in Safari - Preferences - Extensions, it isn't installed.

Yes and yes but it is not possible to select CS3 because you can only select CS3 extended and then it is not accepted. Must be something wrong since I have used CS5 for a long time without problem before on two computers.
Do I have to install CS3 first and then CS5 or can you give me another code that is accepted for CS3 extended?

Are you referring to Apple Remote Desktop, Apple's software for managing networked Macs? It sounds to me like you're referring to a remote connect app you purchased for use on your iPhone to connect to a Windows system, and if so you should start by contacting the support resources for the app you purchased, and if you can't get help there try asking in the iPhone forum.

Why do you need to re-install? Try to fix the problem.
I would assume a 10.2 full install would be fairly cheap on ebay.
