my name is Selman Erdoğan and i from Turkey .
I like apple brand and i have mac pro , ipad , ipod and ipod touch and finally i have iphone. So my i phone was broke down before 1 mounts ago . i bought this phone in Philippines from 11 mount ago.So i went iphone service in turkey because i am living in here . They said to me i cant fix this phone becasue u bought it from other countries and the guarantee not apply in here . So i accepted how much money do they want i can pay to them, they did look my phone and they didnt fix it . And i diceded to send back to Philippines service . And they said to me this is unclusive guarantee because of someone wrong is installtion and they want to me 400 dolars from me for changing phone board . This is unacceptable because allone was iphone services in here and philippines. Finally wht is ur offer to me , Wht can i do for this phone ?

If I've understood you correctly then the ALLEXCEPT function may be what you're after and it could be applied in a similar way to the following...

What are you talking about? What "chip" cannot be changed, and what does that have to do with WiFi?

The chargers for the 3GS and 4S are the same. That's not your problem, unless they are both defective.
Plug it in to mains power for at least 15 minutes. If it doesn't automatically come on, try a Reset... press the home and sleep/lock buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

I have iphone5s and there is some problem about my iphone. I turn off the phone and then I turn on. After I turned on, It showed the page of apple signal and then the page of loading. It used long time to show the loading page. Then it was back to page of apple and then loading page again many times. What happen with it? And what should I do?

Did you already try to reset the phone again by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
If this does not work, try to set it up as new device, explained here:

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

No external sound or not sound at all - external or when using the earbuds?
Standard troubleshooting steps in order are; power the iPhone off and on, Reset by pressing and holding the Home key and Sleep/Wake or On/Off key simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release - ignoring the slide to turn off prompt when doing so, Restore.

If you have sound when using the earbuds, another thing to try is insert the earbuds and start playing a song - making sure the sound can be heard with the earbuds. Without pausing the song, remove the earbuds.
If no sound is available with the speaker and a the troubleshooting steps do not resolve it or one of the steps does resolve it but the same occurs again, time to give AppleCare a call (800) 694-7466 or make an appointment at an Apple Store if there is one nearby.

In Mail's Window Menu, choose Connection Doctor, any red dots for status, if so what is the message?

This support document http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4451 relates to the 3194 error. Generally this error has to do with trying to install an iOS that is not the most current. Maybe you tried to jailbreak the phone, or downgrade iOS? Any of this apply to you?

Hiya i have a slight problem with my iphone 4

I have a little problem, my iphone 4 is water damaged and i know i need to get the dock unit and speaker changed as they dont seem to work cos theres no sound but it does activate the phone when plugged into a power source. I have changed for a new battery and the phone works fine but when the battery is connected and the phone is either on or off it gets extremely hot by the battery connector. As soon as i unplug the battery and turn the phone on by plugging into a power source the heat dissapears. I have 2 iphone 4 batterys and cant imagin they are the problem but could well be, was just wondering if anybody has had a similar problem. And yes iv done all the resetting and closing programs and things.
Could it be the motherboard? Although iv had that out and its clean as a whistle

The iPhone is not user servicable. You are walking around with a fire hazard in your pocket. Find a competent repair shop or purchase a new phone. Since you've opened it, it is no longer eligible for the $149 out of warranty replacement you could have gotten from Apple.
