Hi, I have recently finished up my contact - bill paid 25th of May at full price for a month in advance - contract ended 7th of June - therefore I believe i'm due a refund of approximately half my bill payment? When the final statement is issued any refunds due to you would appear on this. Once you receive this we can then issue a refund to your bank account if you are due one. Just get back in touch with us here.

Unfortunately, SoftBank does not offer authorized unlocking of iPhone.
Your best option is to sell this phone and buy another iPhone from the carrier of your choice or better buy a factory unlocked iPhone so you would be able to use it with any compatible GSM carrier around the world. -
Hi. I have recently finished with an emplyer and have backed up my phone and when i go to restore the back up to another phone it is asking me to turn off the "find my iphone" before the restore can start. Pronlem is im no longer in possesion of this phone and can not turn it off.
Any assistance would be greatIt's not referring to your old phone, it's referreing to the one you're trying to restore to. Where did you get the phone you're trying to restore the backup to?

i have found this iphone 4 down the local pub and i have had it in my possession for almost a month now and none has come to claim it, is there anyway to find out who it belongs to or if i could find out stuff about them like maybe a home contact but i dont want to mess around bypassing the passcode incase it removes data, what can i do to find out who it belongs to ?
The only way for you to get past the passcode would be to restore the phone as a new device in iTunes, thus erasing all data on the phone. Unfortunately, this is the only way to get into the phone, but any owner info will be gone. However, you will be able to see the phone's IMEI number, & with that you can contact various carriers to see if the phone was reported lost or stolen. The carrier won't tell you who the owner is, but they will be able to contact the owner.

Hey. I have recently made an update on my daughters iMac, particularly the update OS X 10.9.4, when finished, its still asking for update and the same update stills remarked as ready in the apple update menu and remarked as 1 to go at the App store app. Why doesn't stop asking for update when its done like 5 times or more? If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data, then reinstall the OS.* You don't need to erase the startup volume, and you won't need the backup unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main Recovery screen.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode. All other data will be preserved.

hello, i have recently purchased an ipod touch.i am having trouble with apps. i have bought apps off itunes but it wont appear on my ipod. i have synced the ipod with the computer multiple times but still no luck. i think it has something to do with my settings but i am not sure.please any helpwill be very much appreciated.thank you
First, try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -

I have recently purchased MacBook Pro with Mac OSX 10.7.3 Lion and I would like to install Final Cut Pro 6 Studio2, and it came up with this error: 'you can't open application FinalCutProStudio.mpkg because PowerPc apps are no longer supported......Is there a way to run FCP6 on lion withoput this error? I have been using one apple ID for my family as it makes it easier to manage itunes purchases/rentals on all of our devices. Now that my kids are getting old and my wife has recently purchased an Iphone, I can see that I need to change my strategy. I plan to add a few more iphones to the family very soon. What is your recommendation to manage all of our devices (iphones, itouch, apple tv) for my family? Can I continue to function with one apple ID or is it time to take the leep into attempting to manage multi-apple ID's?

I have recently upgraded my iMac Intel G5 iSight (iMac5,1) to OS 10.6.8 and now the internal mic does not work with skype or facebook. I can here static when playing back clips. Do I need to update firmware or reload old system parts. I have zapped PRAM. The blue indicator in system audio panel will appear for a second as I slide the bar for internal mic but then it disappears. Is there a fix?
The sound seems very faint but can here static on playback.

I have recently changed lap tops and moved my itunes library successfully.
However I cannot now synce my ipod classic with the new windows pc.
The lap top is not recognising the ipod.
I have spoken to apple and they think its a settings issue on my pc ? I have fully deleted and then reinstalled itunes .

My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc.
