I have recently purchased CS6 Master Collection. But need a refund.

I purchased CS6 Master Collection 6 days ago. Unfortunately I also received the same product as a gift.
I am half way through downloading and its currently paused. I have not tried to install or activated the serial key.
Would I be able to get a full refund on the product as technically it hasn't been activated or even received?

Many people use a font manager to organize a large collection of fonts, and sometimes these cause problems in ID. You might not realize that the font manager has installed a plugin in ID, but I think you would know if you added any other program extensions to help you work.
Can you show us a new crash report since the 8.0.2 update?
What happens if you start the Mac with the Shift key held down to prevent extensions from loading? What happens if you go to the System settings and create a new user, then restart the Mac and log in with the new user?

I have downloaded Adobe CS6 Master collection but i get an error when trying to unzip and install the program

Trenth52831125 the first error message is indicating either insufficient disk space or incorrect file permissions. How much disk space do you have available on your primary drive?
Are you logged in under a local administrator account? Also what version of Windows are you downloading and extracting on?

First check that your device is correctly connected to the wifi/internet (settings > wifi)
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
If this doesn't help, try turning off some items for back up in a pattern to try to establish if your problem is being caused by specific data on your device.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.

I'm trying to download CS6 Master Collection or CS6 Premiere Pro, but both come up with a 109 error when I don't have any local storage or network issues. I'm using Firefox 16 as my browser.

We have a site licence for Adobe CS6 master collection and need to install onto a 32bit machine

Our printing department use a couple of printers that only run on a 32 bit OS but need access to Adobe software to be able to print the files.

Aside from the video tools, all programs in CS6 are 32bit or have at least still 32bit versions, so I'm not sure what you are asking.

why did it happen?

You are allowed to have two activated installations, so if you already had two activations in use then you cannot actiovate a thrid unless you deactivate one of the other two. If you only had one activation used up then you should still be able to activate a second installation.
You should contact Adobe support and have them deactivate the original one that you forgot to.
Start Here If after selecting relevant responses you are unable to find a solution, choose "Still need help? Contact us." and the chat contact option.

Downloaded Adobe Download Assistant to download CS6 Master Collection but wont run

I tried saving it in my downloads folder and my desktop. Whenever I try to run the program AdobeDownloadAssistant, a loading bar appears that says "Installing Adobe Download Assistant. Please wait." and the bar never moves and it stays like that indefinitely. I am running windows 7 64bit. I'm not sure why it's already been downloaded, but won't execute beyond this point.

I have recently purchased a Panasonic TZ30 but I find that although still photos with upload into iphoto movies will not. I use imovie a great deal and find that I am not able to use the movies from my camera. Can anyone explain please ?

Can anyone esplain why I cannot upload movies from my Panasonic TZ30 camera? I able to upload stills and I was able to upload movies from my previous Panasonic TZ5. Since I use iMovie a gret deal it is very disappointing not to be able to use the videos from my new camera.

What format are you shooting? AVCHD? Not all versions of that are supported.
A note on AVCHD: This format was developed for people who are shooting to edit the material afterwards. If you're shooting to edit, then iMovie or Final Cut are the correct home for this material. If you're not shooting to edit consider using one of the other video formats on your Camera.

Upgrade CS6 Design Premium to CS6 Master Collection?

Why can I upgrade CS5 or CS5.5 Design Premium to CS6 Master Collection, but not CS6 Design Premium? Is there really no upgrade path within the same version?
One of my new designers needs to do video production work. I'd rather pay $1,049 to upgrade his suite instead of $999 to buy the standalone After Effects application. Any chance there is actually an upgrade path, just not one that appears in the upgrade panel?

That's option #2 if nobody knows of Another Way.
Follow-up question: the new designer has a straight purchase of CS6 Design Premium but my existing designers have upgrades from CS5 or CS5.5. Is it possible to purchase a CS5.5 upgrade and have him 'swap' serial numbers with another designer on my team without creating all sorts of conflicts, re-installs, calls to Adobe support, etc.?
