I have recently purchased this program and cancelled the subscription that same day and haven't received my refund. Just wondering how long before i get it?

My computer had to be repaired and i lost some of my purchases. my purchase history does not include the ones that are missing and the ones that do appear indicate they are free purchases. none of my purchases are free i paid so how do a recover them?

If only it was that easy.
No, you must be a current "Creative Cloud paid member" to have access to any Cloud versions: current or archived.
When you cancel your membership or allow it to expire then your access to all versions of the software ceases. That's the only exit strategy available.
The idea is that, as a current subscriber, if you're using CC or some later version and you absolutely must access CS6 to complete a project or collaborate with someone then you can. -

I've had my iPod touch 5th gen for a little over 2 years now. a few weeks ago, I went to plug my iPod into the charger. After about 20 minutes I went to go get it so I could reply to texts and clear some notifications and I noticed that it was still at 20%. So I tried a different cord, different outlet, cleaned out any lint that might be in there, and reset the iPod more than once. Nothing worked. Eventually the problem corrected itself. But then it happened again a few days later. And then it happened just recently, and now it's happening again. In total it's happened 4 times, the first 3 times its corrected itself, but this time it's not. I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do, or if it's just a lost cause.

Can anyone esplain why I cannot upload movies from my Panasonic TZ30 camera? I able to upload stills and I was able to upload movies from my previous Panasonic TZ5. Since I use iMovie a gret deal it is very disappointing not to be able to use the videos from my new camera.
What format are you shooting? AVCHD? Not all versions of that are supported.
A note on AVCHD: This format was developed for people who are shooting to edit the material afterwards. If you're shooting to edit, then iMovie or Final Cut are the correct home for this material. If you're not shooting to edit consider using one of the other video formats on your Camera. -

You can manage the storage either from your device, or from a computer. Whichever is more convenient for you.
