I have recieved two emails from Apple and Itunes about an order I have not made. The shipping details are to me and I have the order number but it is not showing up on my account. How do I cancel it and make sure I have not had any money removed from my
account.
I cant find the bank. How do I speak to someone within ITunes about this. If they used what was left of a gift card there must be someone I can contact? Help

My Mail program has gone south on Leopard on my 27-month old Macbook. I can't send, even though the server details are correct. I tried reinstalling the Mail program from the install DVD, but no go; apparently that two-year old Mail is no longer compatible with my up-to-date Leopard. I tried deleting the account (hotmail) from Mail and setting up a different account (Yahoo). After loading all the inbox two things happened: first, I still couldn't send, and second, when I closed the Mail window the whole inbox then disappeared and doesn't come back. Although I couldn't reinstall the Mail program from the install DVD, would it still be possible to reinstall the whole system from that DVD? If I do, will I lose files or will there be another problem since that DVD is now over two years old?

P.S. I've just noticed that now I can't change the desktop picture: I go through the motions in Preferences, but the new picture doesn't appear on the desktop. Is there a systemic problem?You are waiting for an apology to something that happened over a year ago? Really? This is why there is a manager in the store. You have a problem with an employee you speak to the manager. Just like you did on the phone. You would have gotten your apology in July 2013.

It is because when you have a problem you (customers) go running to the store and want to take up the time of the reps to fix it. Other carriers have third parties that deal with technical support and those locations are few and far between. VZW provides this directly through their stores. Also, when you subsidize a $650 and pay $200 VZW has to pay $400. Your monthly service fee doesn't begin to scratch the surface of paying that back. Not with all the money that is put into the network and its improvements.
Then over a year later you get someone on the phone who apologized and offered to waive the fee on your phone and you didn't take it? That offer won't come down the pike again.
One thing you should know is that all these employees are people and as such they sometimes come off cross. I doubt that you speak to everyone so sweetly all the time. Cut them a little slack and put this whole thing behind you after 15 months. Either upgrade with VZW or move on. -
my account shows we have photoshop CS1 and CS4, but we've purchased CS 5.5 and CS 6, as well as Lightroom 3, the latter two of which we've been using in excess of a year, but they don't show up in my account. Have no clue how this forum works, used to be able to call Adobe! Any idea how we're supposed to talk to Adobe and have our account updated or figure out our serial numbers?

My photos are showing on my Apple TV (I assume through the iCloud) and I don't want them to. How can I get them off Apple TV and make sure this does not happen again?

Hello I bought a audio book yesterday and it got charged to my bank account but I left the wifi zone and it didn't get downloaded but the charge still shows on my bank account how do I downloaded with out getting charged again ?

Just be cause the account was disabled (Apple ID) doesn't mean you can't reset the password and have access to your iTunes purchases.
Use the iforgot link to reset your password > Apple ID: "This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons" alert appears

Hi!
I have changed my email in apple id support page, but apple is still sending notification in my old email! I would like for my old email to be completely wiped out from the apple id database. I cannot seem to find out how, any help appreciated!
Some more info: in iphone, in icloud and appstore i see the new email address. however i can log in the appstore with the old one as well!!! crazy!

You need to make an iTunes Store account in her name and with her unique Apple ID. Note that everything she has purchased and downloaded under your Apple ID will not transfer to hers. She will need (or you will) to repurchase all of her iTunes Store items.
She will also need her own user account on the computer if you share the same computer. -
I want to delete my icloud-account from my iphone 5 and then register again, because I want to change my email-address/account name. What would be the steps to follow? How do I make sure I do not lose any information stored on/in my iphone 5?
You would have to delete the existing iCloud account and create a wholly new one - you cannot change the @icloud.com email address of the one you already have. To make a new one, you will also need an new AppleID as any AppleID can only have one iCloud account associated with it.
Deleting the account will not delete anything off your device (if prompted for things like contacts, choose to keep them). You will have to sync everything anew with the new account as you cannot move your sync'd content, your old backups or anything else from one iCloud account to another. You will have to set up sync again and let it sync to the new account, and then make new backups to the new account as well. -
I refuse to pay for a one year automatic subscription for Cosumer report that was charged to my account today without me noticing. How can I cancel that and get reimbursed now?

I have purchased two 3 packs of £10 iTunes grift card and it says that it has not been properly activated, what do I have to do?
What you normally should do when you have an iTunes card that has not been activated is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, or you don't know or can't get to the retailer, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a scan of the receipt

I get the message listed above when I try to email pics. It asked me to set up an email account. I chose gmail. It asked for a password. I'm assuming it was asking for my email password. And yes I may have typed it in wrong, but how do I "please make sure you have entered the email account and password correctly" ??? I can't find out how to get back to that point?

Your only option will be to contact iTunes Store support and see if they can help you. Click on this link and choose the Account Management option, and create a new case with iTunes Support.

I have Windows XP / bootcamp and can connect to the internet via Wi Fi (Apple Express) but when I try to open Int. Explorer I get a message "cannot connect" yet my computer is connected with a strong signal. I checked to make sure IE is not off line. Any suggestions please?
